Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesI was supposed to have 3 beds, I got 2 beds. The security lock was missing from the inside of the door. The room smelled of smoke even though it said no smoking on the door. It was difficult to read the sign after maps took us to the wrong address.
Facility was close, in town. Rooms were clean. We were only charged $10 each for our small dogs.

United StatesThe room had a strong cigarette odor, dirty room, no shampoo, conditioner, soap travel products, and complimentary coffee was like drinking brown water. Human(DNA) hair left on shower walls and on sheets. Too many random items in the room( creepy clown picture,bike exercise machine, office chair,weird chair and ottoman, no CABLE, you have to log into your own accounts and don't forget to log out. Most importantly No Smoke Alarm!

United StatesCheckin woman (manager?) extremely rude pushy and frustrating. Forced herself into my room twice. The second time I had to sternly tell her to get out of my room. I was half naked and my 5 year old was sleeping. But the worst part was the filth. Disgusting.
