Great location – very convenient, close to the park entrance and just a short walk from Ebenezer’s Barn and Grill Dinner Show, which I highly recommend visiting. Excellent choice for a stay, I would definitely come back again!

Pillows were all the same thickness. Breakfast was average.

Close to the canyon entrance. It is on the budget side but it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Room was a little cramped for two adults. Would be very cramped for more people.

Location for Bryce Canyon was excellent. Staff at Ruby’s “fast food “ diner were friendly and efficient. Pizza was excellent

Helpful staff, very logical and straightforward checkin and out process. The location (just outside Bryce Canyon NP) was very good, hence the price. Rooms were a little dated and worn but the space was good for our 3 large people + a dog.

Check in was slow. Construction was going on outside the building--which I'm sure was needed so it's not really a complaint.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent.

The room is somewhat worn down. I had to park a little further from the room. The scrambled egg was awful.

Breakfast was OK, but not great, interesting place (a barn).

There is no change machine in the laundry area. You have to go all the way to the main lobby or general store to get coins. Also, the dryers on the upper right had full lint trays, and you didn't have access to them. This became an issue when I had already put my quarters in the machine, but it would not start, and I couldn't clean the lint tray to start, and it wouldn't give my quarters back. The lady at breakfast threw away our drink bottles that we set on the table while getting our food. When asked where they went, she just said "garbage".

I like that it had a lot of amenities (general store, pool, laundry, shuttle out front, etc...). Also, the location for entering Bryce National Park is prime. The room was clean and comfortable. And to give kudos to the construction guys replacing the roof on our building during our stay, they kept everything clean and we're respectful.

Basic but peaceful night among the pines

The property is very dated. The floors creak, the carpet is threadbare, and the room was very cramped. The laundry and pool are at the hotel across the street, which wasn't ideal when arriving on a stormy day. Horse tours depart from a corral next to the hotel, and you will smell them on your way to breakfast or the general store. That said, I expected most of that and I booked anyway; the positives outweighed the negatives.

I chose the lodge due to its location, which can't be beat. I wanted a quiet spot, and I ended up in building 4 in the back, facing the pines. Apart from some ATVs zooming up and down during the day, it was peaceful, especially at night. Ebenezer's is just a short walk away and the breakfast there was good (eggs, sausages, yogurt and cereal, the usual), with country music as background noise. A short hop across the street you have a general store with everything you might need, as well as the buffet and diner. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and a stone's throw from the office you can find the shuttle bus stop for Bryce Canyon.

More variety to choose for breakfast More effective and friendly cleaning staff (cleaning lady cleaned the gym for an hour even though there was obviously nothing to clean anymore and she wouldn’t give us a time frame on when she might be finished)
