Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesSupplies in the room were at the minimum necessary. Extras were available but had to be requested and go to check in. Breakfast had the basics but again the minimum supply. It was replenished at our request. There was no decaf coffee at breakfast. It was available to make in your room. We understand there are challenges with hiring and keeping competent staff. However sharing this with guests is not professional.
Rooms and interiors remodeled, nice decor, all functioned well, comfortable, very clean. Location was very convenient for our travel along I-40. Breakfast had the basics and was replenished at our request.

United KingdomWe chose this hotel purely as an overnight stop on our tour of the South and because we had discovered there was a Tina turner Museum in Brownsville as she grew up there. Although the hotel is out of town it turns out that the museum is on the same lot! The museum is really worth a visit, it’s part of the Delta Heritage Museum. They have relocated her school house from Nutbush and filled it with memorabilia. In particular they have Tina’s outfits from her last big tour, it’s an amazing collection. The hotel is typical of the brand with friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. While in town be sure to visit the world famous Helen’s BBQ where she cooks over a daily lit pit filled with beech wood, the potato salad is amazing too

United StatesI wasn't happy with the $30 pet fee. My dog is a small yorkie. I asked him why so high and basically he said inflation. Every Days inn we stay at only charges 20. Room overall was clean floor could have been better cleaned. Noisy upstairs but that's normal. Overall quiet.
I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms have been remodeled and comfortable. Easy to unload car and pet friendly. It seems hotels are using metal base frames for the beds. So if one is damaged each time you sit on bed it sounds like you sat on a file cabinet!

United StatesThe room was dirty. End table had crumbs and dried liquid on it, the floor around the bed had dried stuff on it, the blanket had cigarette burns all over, there was mold on the shower curtain, the bed frame was on cheap metal that made a loud metal noise when you got into bed, and there was a very loud buzz noise that came and went the entire stay, coming from what I believe was a utility room on the other side of the wall. When I complained and requested another room I was told there was nothing they could do. I prepaid for 3 nights and was stuck there. I highly DO NOT recommend!

United StatesSo all of my complaints are on the condition of the 2 rooms 106 and 119. So 106, we walked in and saw spiders. Not just one of two but like 7. Some dead and some alive. We saw blood in the toilet and the entire room smelled of urine. Beds looked clean though. We could have been ok with most of it but it was just too much so the sweet lady was kind enough to put us in a other room. She said it was smoking but I told her that was fine we were just exhausted. She put us in 119, so the room smelled like pot but that wasn't the biggest problem. We couldn't 12 spiders, they were crawling up the walls and on the beds. I just couldn't do it. I didn't even check the rest of the room. We refused to stay and ended up booking somewhere else. Now I do understand that spiders run ramped in that area this time of year and none of that is their fault. The rooms lacked the proper attention they needed and that is on the housekeeping and management. They did charge us before we even showed up even though it was pay later. But that wasn't such a big deal really. I'm hoping they refund us. As far as the location, someone posted it was a rough area but honestly it didn't seem that way to us.
So let me start by saying that the lady at the desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and understanding and if I could give her 5 stars I would. The location was good as well.

The staff there was very nice and polite I just wish they had better deals as far as their pay rate because if so I would have been there for the rest of my stay because I needed a hotel for about 2 weeks until I got moved I'm here for a job but other than that I have nothing bad to say they are great people and it was very nice and clean there and they treated me very polite
