    The place was ok , but , Booking.com or Red Roof Plus didn’t refund me on my double booking, although I explain to them it was a mistake, because when I was at the place to book the hotel room, the gentleman who was there at that time, let me know that the booking didn’t go through, so I didn’t a second time to make sure that the booking went through, so the charge went twice, the next day , I tried to cancel the second booking, It was unsuccessful, I went in person and contacted the person at the place, he told me I have to contact Booking.com , which I did several times and even sent booking.com several mail with no response. So up to now, I’m still waiting for my refund of $ 453.00 . In Resume, I had a bad experience

    Booking. Com makes my moment at this place very unpleasant

    I liked convenience of location.

    The air condition was leaking and had to ask for towels twice to keep water contained. Repair person left for day.

    Missed breakfast on my first morning because I didn't know where breakfast was and front desk didnt inform me at check-in.

    My room was never cleaned throughout the 3 nights I stayed at Red Roof. Neither were my towels changed, although I kept drawing the attention of the staff to it Also, there was not hot water for 2 nights out of the 3 nights I stayed at Red Roof Hotel. Also, there was no hot water for 2 nights.
