It was a relaxing place to stay. The hosts were friendly and they cooked the breakfast every morning (an old-fashioned B&B approach). The breakfast they prepared was very good.

The house is really comfortable, feels like a home. Its location is great because is near to the downtown and the airport and the neighborhood is quiet. Allison is a great host, she was really really kind and helpful and her hospitality is second to none. We highly recommend this place.

We just loved this warm, comfortable, clean, quiet, and welcoming guesthouse! We felt like we were at home which made traveling so much less hectic. Everything was provided for us so there was no need for additional items. Allison was a wonderful host who was very accommodating. She provided a nice breakfast assortment along with snacks. We are so glad that we had changed our reservation from a hotel to this lovely guesthouse. It is in a very nice neighborhood and still close to town. She made check in incredibly easy, which was really nice after traveling. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Alaska. We can't thank Allison enough for the comfort she provided during our visit.

Refrigerator is a little small. Large portions when eating out means lots of leftovers.

Allison is a wonderful hostess. Loved the continental breakfast, especially the fresh fruit.

Extreme friendly host, supporting us in our very challenging situation. She provided us many, very valuable tips around Anchorage. We are very sad, that we lost time with delay and could not enjoy the guesthouse, as we were stressed with circumstances of traveling issues. We look forward to come back again, as we loved this guesthouse.

This was an exceptional place for me to stay. The host was awesome and very accommodating. Quickly answered all of my questions that I had and provided recommendations for my visit to the Anchorage area. I had just completed a motorcycle trip across Canada and into Alaska visiting several places. My accommodations were varied over the last 11 days, but this was my favorite! I was in a neighborhood, just like home! Clean and very comfortable, felt just like at home. Thanks again for making my stay pleasant.

There is a nice set up kitchenette area but no sink. If staying for any length of time would need to wash dishes in bathroom sink. Would not say this should deter anyone but just to be aware.

Very comfortable. Lovely neighborhood. Can easily walk to the coastal trail. Host is accessible and responsive to any questions. Host makes the guest house welcoming and comfortable in all ways.

This is not a biggie or deal breaker...just wasn't sure how to wash cereal dishes/coffee mugs as there is no sink so used bathroom sink.

Great location. Nice neighborhood. Did not get to explore nearby trails but that is another plus. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom had nice products for showering and hair shampoo/conditioner. Does not have a sink but host has kitchenette area well appointed with microwave, hot shot kettle, coffee maker, and provides nice snacks, hot cereal, coffees, teas, etc. Very comfortable space! And a nice surprise was a second room for space for luggage....and yoga! Hostess very warm, helpful, and accommodating.
