The gym was not really a gym. It did have some cardio machines but very small and no weights at all.

Lovely accommodation. Staff were amazing. Provided extra drinks etc which was a really lovely touch. Would def return.

This is our second stay at Brisas del Mar and it was just as lovely as last time. The hotel is in a great location for walking or driving and has a lot of amenities for the cost. A good breakfast included each morning, afternoon/evening snacks, movie/bike rentals and a beautiful facility. The staff are always friendly and maintain the property well.

Great stay! We were given a complimentary upgrade and really enjoyed the pool and wine & cheese happy hour daily. The continental breakfast was great and the location was short walk from downtown and the beach.

The Brisas Del Mar is a wonderful little motel. Price was definitely competitive. The grounds are neat, clean and very pretty. The continental breakfast also had little “egg bites” so with that and a bagel and fruit, we were filled up. Saved us time and money. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Room was pretty spacious. It was nice to have a heated jacuzzi along with the pool. Not very far from the beach and State St. We could walk to dinner. Great stay!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. It is right next to a gas station which our room was overlooking and was a bit noisy. Our room was upgraded and absolutely huge, unnecessary for our trip but a welcome surprise. Close to shopping , dining and the beach, all within walking distance and in a great neighborhood. There are no elevators on this property but it is only 2 stories. Furniture is a bit dated but everything is clean. Continental breakfast was also nice surprise. I would consider staying here again.

All the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist-Esteban -was very professional and helpful. They served wine, cheese ,crackers, and cantaloupe in the lobby every afternoon . The continental breakfast was also very good. The cleanness of the hotel was excellent. We would stay at this hotel next time.

A small thing: the DVD player would not work in our room. They needed to replace it - which we assume they did. But we never got a chance to try it again.

The location was excellent - between the beach and downtown. Having bikes to borrow made it especially fun and convenient. They kindly upgraded our room. The happy hour was nice but we were there in winter so could not go outside to their patio and there was a big group that dominated the lobby sitting area each night. Fortunately they let us take the wine back to our room. The breakfast had a nice selection. A bit more variety from day to day in the egg dish might have been nice (or maybe offer waffles that could be toasted) - but they offered egg bites, melon, yogurt cups with berries, cereals and a selection of bagels and pastries. The pool area, with a jacuzzi, while not large, was nice. Plenty of parking.

Hotel room was older & smaller than expected, but clean. Staff was very friendly. Nice little happy hour offering and a great breakfast selection. Good location and free parking.
