How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The parking garage was a little tight.
No breakfast. The staff was great very friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I will choose Brighton suites again for sure.

Parking is a problem. It was started that each guest only gets 1 parking spot. Reported someone was parked in 2 spaces and not was done.
Liked everything. It was very comfortable, nice, and clean.

There is no continental breakfast but there is a diner on the first floor.

Continental breakfast would have been great but we were able to utilize the small kitchen appliances in the room to provide our own.
The location to beach, shops and restaurants was fantastic. Convenient and helpful to have beach chairs and beach towels available for check out any time we needed them. Parking on site was a definite bonus.

The only negative thing is the smell in the pool es to strong the Clorox we can stay there my eye start to itch to much.
The location it’s really good, everything it’s clean and my room everything it’s perfect beautiful and clean. Definitely I can recommend to my friends and family.

We liked everything.
The room, including the bathroom, was bright and clean. It looked as if they had remodeling done. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The staff was polite. I liked that luggage carts were available as needed in the parking garage. The garage was small but never crowded. It was clean, well-lit, and close to the elevator. We never had to move our car during our stay because the hotel was ten minutes from the beach and the many shops. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Will consider staying there again.

I arrived after checkout time and assumed I would be able to park in the garage since all the guests checking out would no longer be parked there. In fact, I initially entered the garage and there were numerous open spaces, so I parked. When I went upstairs to check in, I was told I couldn’t park on the property until 1:00. I had to find a place on the street and pay the meter. Why I couldn’t park in the garage is beyond me; in all the other hotels I’ve stayed at (RB and other towns), I was always able to park before check-in time.
The location was excellent, just a few short blocks to the beach. The room was very spacious and clean. If I visit RB again in the future, I’ll consider this location for my stay.

The elevator was a little slow/busy for us traveling with 2 strollers - but this was truly the only downside and so easily overlooked.
We love the indoor pool to entertain the kids if the weather takes a turn. It's super close to our favorite restaurants, the beach and the games/rides. The towels are great. They supply chairs and beach towels (less to pack- thank you)
