Rooms could have been bigger, price could have been lower.

This is a very basic hotel. Clean, no frills breakfast, no pool or spa. Tiny rooms. I just thought for the price it would be something more.

Room was pretty small. No light where you hang your things. Breakfast could use more items. Room was very clean and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

The only thing I would have them do is make there signage a little easier to see. It blends into the building so yo can’t see it easily.

It was obvious that the floors were not cleaned.

The room was mostly clean, but the floors were noticeably dirty and dusty. We found long black hairs in the bathroom, and our feet got dirty just walking from the shower to the bed, even leaving marks on the white comforter. Parking was also an issue due to ongoing construction, and we had to park out front. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I don't like having to open a lock box while standing on the street to get my key to the room. Messages sent to clarify my check out date were never answered. Did finally find someone at office to fix the problem. Room was tiny! Glad I was alone on this trip- not enough room for 2 people.

The room was cute and the perfect size for me. The bedding was super comfortable and the showers got nice and hot. I loved that it was within walking distance of downtown main street. Great value for the price.

Room was very clean and spacious, and could park right in front of the door. Nice little grab 'n' go breakfast bites, coffee, and filtered cold water. Short drive to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, and lots of restaurant options nearby. There is also a nice park nearby called Riverbottom Park. Staff were very courteous and helpful. :-)

Bathroom had no shelves for amenities.Breakfast hour later than expected so we went to San Juan brew which was fabulous. Fyi city doing sidewalk project out front but didn't bother us. Also be aware 14.5% tax on local hotel rooms.

Large , clean and well lit room. Plenty of tabletop space to spread things out. Comfortable bed. Netflix, etc available. Good Internet. Good Mexican restaurant next door. Friendly front desk staff.

The room we reserved felt a little cramped, but was great for the cost.

The room was very clean and updated and felt like it was well taken care of by the current owners. We liked the ability to log into our own netflix and prime accounts on the tv.

Breakfast should be advertised as "continental". Pop tarts and yogurt is not breakfast. The motel is old but they have remodeled very well with what they have. The bathrooms are very small.

The only mirror was the small one in bathroom. A mirror in the room would be a plus. There wasn't a wall outlet in the bathroom. Getting ready for an event was difficult.

There was Minimal comfort...only one very uncomfortable chair. The outside tables and chairs were likewise very hard and unwelcoming.

The staff on signing in and out was super warm and welcoming. He was engaging and genuine. He made himself available for anything that might come up.

The breakfast was very basic. Only yogurt, and pop tarts, and granola bars. We didn’t interact with the staff whatsoever. It was a self check in which is fine but being welcomed and told about the amenities is also nice.
