The TV remote in the bedroom was not functioning properly... it would not allow us to scroll up on the selections, only down and sideways. Also, it would not turn TV on/off, had to use the power button on back of the television..

The management/operations teams are doing a PHENOMENAL Job of maintaining the premises in a clean and pristine condition!! Amenities provided were well thought out, all areas were spotless (including clean baseboards and windows), and there wasn't a thing we reached for that wasn't provided or available on-site. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

The only complaint I have is that I could not locate any extra blankets, as it stated would be in the unit, so I slept with a towel as a blanket.

The property is very well kept and clean. Location was AMAZING! Literally just walk across the street to access the beach. Oh, speaking of beach, the storage shed with all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, toys, etc was absolutely PERFECT! The shower pressure was also magical! I would definitely stay here again!

Well-maintained property inside & out. Modern cabinets, appliances, tile, backsplash. Well organized & well supplied kitchen. Plenty of bath towels & wash clothes. Excellent storage space for personal belongings. Not a single insect was spotted. A/C worked fabulously

The apartment wasn't cleaned up, there were sheets used by the previous guest(s) on top of the bed, the bathroom was in terrible conditions, including the bath full of cloths and other cleaning equipment. Hair everywhere. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called the number listed, it went straight to voicemail. I then called booking.com who told me they had to try to reach out to them before trying to arrange something else for me. After a few minutes, they came back to me and told me the property did not answer their calls and by policy they should answer booking.com. This was in a timespan of probably 30+ minutes and if you manage a property with multiple rooms, that should be enough time to come back to me/booking.com. To date (16 days later), I only received a small apology and upon calling booking to review this, they admitted that the property hasn't yet answered them about paying me back. What made the matter worse is that I was alone, in the evening, with my 2 daughters and I had to find a new accommodation in short notice, grab a new uber and move to the new place. I've travelled for a while now, visited many places, issues will happen, but this is the first time where the property disappeared and didn't care to even pick up the phone.

The area looks ok, and the fact that it was close to the beach it was definitely a plus. However, I never got to stay for more than maybe 30 minutes due to the fact that the apartment wasn't ready and had to book elsewhere.

It was challenging to navigate the room if the bed was down. There were no USB charging ports in the room. The bed folded out so that the head was at the door and the foot was facing the sink. This made it impossible if you wanted to prop yourself up in the bed and read. If you turn to sideways, there was a big gap from where the Murphy bed folded down so the pillows fell through, and you couldn't really lean up against the wall. If you were sleeping with a partner one person would have to be on the inside up against the wall with no way out and there is little room to get out at the foot or the head of the bed if you needed to get up in the middle of the night. One and only side table was stuck underneath the leg of the sofa and could not be moved around. The lighting was at the wall full on overhead and there was no side table with lamp. This setup also would be challenging for anybody who had a CPAP machine. Parking was also extremely tight. If you're driving a larger or long vehicle, be prepared.

You were a short walk to the beach from the location. The property appeared clean and was fairly quiet. I stayed in Unit H, which is the studio unit. It had a full kitchen setup with a larger fridge. It was an inexpensive alternative to a beach hotel. I believe this is probably a great fit for younger people who are planning on just crashing in the room and nothing else. The living space is about the size of a bedroom and smaller than an average hotel room. There is a small tabletop ironing board and travel iron if needed.
