United StatesThe toilet clogged with only toilet paper, no poop and overflowed easily. At 3am, you had to call maintenance over from a different building. Thank goodness he was available! The toilet paper roll wasn't clean, there were lots of unclean nooks and crannies. There needs to be a vent in the main room. Air only blew in the bedroom, made the main room too hot if the door was closed. So, no privacy for couples sharing with kids on the pullout sofa.
At 3am, you had to call maintenance over from a different building. Thank goodness he was available! The staff were all courteous and excellent. The breakfast was ok, didn't understand how to make pancakes. No cheese for the eggs. Could be better. Fruit cups were decent, since you didn't have cut up fresh fruit. Coffee was good.

United Statesthe fact teenagers running up and down the hall you had a band with kids staying there couldn't get in the pool to noisy you had no towels at the pool two days in a row when we asked for some she said she would have to wash them and dry with we never got any that was the second time we went to the pool i have 3 children 7,6,5 we booked this hotel because of the pool

United StatesThe facilities had water damage and was minimally repaired. Beds were not comfortable in my opinion but this varies for everyone.
The hotel looked to have the potential to be great. But the facilities were damaged and bare minimum in cleanliness. The staff was great at trying to make things great, but you could tell they were wearing multiple hats (running front desk, breakfast area, food area etc.)
