Valet parking is 48 per night! They damaged our car but told us about it and are taking care of the cost

Stayed three nights, didn’t enjoy the nearly $200 price jump for Friday night compared to Thursday and Sunday.

Liked the Bottleworks & Factory Arts districts. Enjoyed the Mass Ave walk to the convention center.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was large but had a lot of wasted space. Front desk staff were not overly friendly and people taking wedding and engagement photos in the lobby were in our way when trying to check-in or enter/leave the hotel. The lobby is not large enough for professional staged photography by non-guests. No place to buy sundry items like Tylenol or Advil.

Decor, location, history, the Photo Booth was a surprising and pleasant feature. The black interior was surprisingly warm, pleasant and inviting.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything.

We got there pretty early on day of check in to visit the spa. They checked us in and let us have our room hours before check in. That immediately impressed me. They were so kind. The shower was perfection, the bed and pillows were comfy. I’m usually a gal that brings their own pillow but I forgot this trip. I was very impressed. 10/10

The space has an echo and noise travels in the corridors. The atrium spaces in the room reinforces the echos of sound from the corridor. The pillows were horrible.

It’s a fun space. Rooms were big, with a little wasted space, though. The actual living space is well designed with sofa and chairs, coffee table and side tables. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good sized with a great shower.

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous and uniquely designed. Really cool hallways,.with cool installations.The room was HUGE. Bathroom was also beautiful with a giant shower,. everything marble. Housekeeping was quick, quiet, and impeccable. They always made up the room immediately and left new robes and towels artfully arranged.

The parking at this hotel is very lacking. There is also inadequate signage in the hotel. It's not very obvious how to get where you want to go.

The hotel is very nice and a good getaway. We were very happy with the size of our room and the quality.
