How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Issues such as ac not working and plug on night stand not working on 1st day, 3rd day towels were not replenish when housekeeping took towels, room was straightened and beds made but room was never vacuumed entire week. Housekeeping left note for us to tip daily and leave at front desk. I have aleays tipped but at end of my stay not daily. Good news was when there was an issue it was immediately taken care of.

Only one issue the hallway on the 2nd floor in the back smelled. Other than that everything was great
I come for the sundeck and the pool. Plus it's close to the beach

Room was smelly need better cleaning and the drain in bath tub shower was not working properly, some machines in the arcade are not working, the water in the pool feels slimy, the snack machine take just cash not working for cards. This hotel needs some TLC update.
Location and no issues with parking spaces at night.

The entire facility felt like a sauna i checked 1 of the thermostats on level 5 where my room was located goodness in the 90s. The rooms smell moldy. Toilet broken, like the seat was unattached. The water wouldn't drain as far as where you wash your hands or even where you take a shower.
I was happy we were able to check in an hour early, easy parking at all times.

Never had maid service, had to get clean towels No hot water one day. Front desk was not aware of the hotel wide problem. When I made a complaint they were not able to make any customer service adjustment to compensate for the lack of service

The pull out sofa was broken and couldn’t be slept on, the door to the room was exceptionally hard to open and gave us a lot of trouble during our stay.

No Stove top to cook no breakfast

The hairdryer didn’t have a protective cover on and sucked in and severely twisted a family member’s hair. The establishment didn’t do anything about it. It was only after a 3rd employee was told about the hazard that someone at least looked at it. We are fortunate a chunk of hair/scalp didn’t come off.

Vending machine was cashless so it was a disadvantage. The pool room and bathrooms were filthy and had not been clean from the night before l. chairs and bathroom was full of sand and bugs.
it was very spacious and comfortable for the night. Staff were nice and friendly and accommodating. Wouldn't mind staying again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was responsive as well as friendly. We got a roll away crib and the correct amount of linens quickly addressed. Room was a great size. Beds are really soft and very creaky every time you move. Which is no big deal unless your sleeping infant wakes to everything, lol. Our microwave didn't work. Which was a bummer. Otherwise decent stay!

Very outdated. Carpeting, walls, drapes, and bathroom were all faded and stained. While we didn't find hairs anywhere, it had a dirty feeling by how outdated it was.
One of the cheaper options that was available, and the bedding was clean and comfortable.

The room seemed a little dated, and the pool was cloudy like it needed chlorine 😱 no pool for us.
The room was big, and the refrigerator was a bonus. The location was great easy access to some of our favorite restaurants.
