There was a roach in bathroom by the sink after we turned bathroom light on...We had to wait until House Keeping wash towels. There were 4 of us, only 3 sets of towels.

The elevators were slow. The stairs only lead outside. Our room toilet flush was messed up. We never got enough towels for the number of people staying in the room.

The only thing we didn't care for was the breakfast. Although there were many choices, it was quite pricey. The breakfast sandwich was ok, but we expected higher quality food after spending over $200 to stay the night. Just disappointing.

Such a nice property. The room was clean and super comfortable. Beautiful set up and great shower. The storage to put our stuff away was awesome. Loved the bed in the middle of the room. Just a beautiful room!

Breakfast was prepackaged food so we opted to eat out each day as it was not interesting for the price/quality at the hotel. Drinks quite expensive from cooler (Beer = $7+tax)

Beds, beds, BEDS. They were so hard and uncomfortable. The whole 3 nights I maybe slept a total of 6 hrs due to the mattresses having no cushion or support. Also didn't like that there were no trash bags in the trash cans. Oh & the little bottle of lotion in the room they provide was used. Despite these small nit picky issues I'd still recommend. Just make a pallet of all the bed pillows. Lol

Love the vibe, the location is perfect for a 4 min walk to the Promenade (shopping mall) or a short $5 Lyft ride to other nearby restaurants. Close to a big box store that's 24hrs. Room decor was nice and spacious. Staff was friendly & it can get lively at night with the bar & pool table. It was a nice hotel and great value.

We’ve never had this problem staying here before but this time the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. The bed was hard and could feel broken springs pushing thru. And the pillows were flat and really bad we definitely needed more.

Love the vibe and the staff is friendly. Definitely more upbeat any time of day which is nice. We checked in around 10pm and there were people enjoying the hotel bar, playing pool, and 24/7 snack/drink shop which is great. Cute stay for a little date night/weekend.

The pool was closed and they did not advertise or disclose it in their website when I was booking the reservation. It was upsetting to learn the pool was closed when we booked this hotel because of the pool amenities it listed it had. I couldn’t cancel the reservation and go elsewhere so we ended up staying and making the most of the situation. They should have definitely disclosed on their website about the pool being closed.

The employee who checked us in was excellent. She was quick and friendly. Our room was ready early, as I'd hoped and we were able to get ready effectively for the wedding we were attending. Would definitely come again!

Booking.com charge us $35 per day per room on including the breakfast for two people. Breakfast wasn’t included. They only give us a $10 refund per day. We literally lost $25 dollars per day in our stay, so sad. They told us that this happens when you book with a third party and that the breakfast isn’t included ☹️

Mistakenly assumed there was a hot tub. There wasn't, just a tiny swimming pool. Would have been cool if there was at least a bath tub in the room but it was just a shower. It was an overall nice stay for one night, but not quite as relaxing of a stay cation as we had planned on.

I think a better variety of food is needed on the menu and a ventilation exhaust fan needs to be placed in the bathrooms.

One complaint: The heating / air conditioning unit in the room was annoyingly loud.

Staff were very pleasant. We ate dinner at the bar, food was surprisingly good. Bartender was friendly and attentive. The shower in the bathroom was wonderful; hot water, high pressure flow.
