The space was extremely well laid out and very beautifully decorated. The host thought of everything you could possibly need and then some. We found the location to be excellent. We walked into the historic district, and it was a very pleasant 25-minute walk. Our stay was simply wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We loved the decor and amenities. The layout of this beautiful Bungalow allowed us to prepare outdoor breakfasts and dinner. The bedrooms had their own Bathrooms . Fabulous.

The home was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Everything was so thought out for us to enjoy our stay. When we come again we will definitely try to book this place again! There was easy parking, surround sound through the whole house, bathrooms were updated and immaculate, bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Even the little things were there, like beach chairs, children's toys for sand castle, even dog bowls! And the price was perfect!!

Charming home located far enough away from the traffic to be quiet, but still 5 minutes from down town and 15 from the beaches. Bohemian with all the modern amenities, including the cutest little gift basket, the most comfortable beds. Beautiful set up in the back yard! This was perfect for our little family. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Well it really wasn't a big deal but the bed near the kitchen squeaked whenever you moved or turned, so I wouldn't recommend spending your honeymoon night in it. But the room in itself was very pleasing.

Everything has my seal of approval, which is very hard to attain. The cleanliness of bathrooms was greatly appreciated. The location was close enough to everything but also far away to maintain quietness. The location was safe and exactly what I imagined. I will certainly reserve again , if possible on my next visit!

There wasn’t anything at all that I didn’t like!

We liked every single thing about this beautiful bungalow. The inside of the house was beautiful and had everything we could have needed right at our disposal. The back yard was wonderful for hanging out and playing games. The little shed/room in the back yard was wonderful and was very useful for my oldest son. I can’t rave enough about this property not to mention how wonderful the property owners were. They were extremely accommodating with any request I had and were super quick with their responses. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in Saint Augustine.

This property exceeded my expectations. It is located in a quiet part of town, beautifully appointed, spotless, abd very comfortably furnished. I felt as if I were in a friend’s home.

Nada- excellent stay.

This was truly a great stay. It was by far the best and well put together experience we have had with a Booking experience or any other rental service. The house has everything because the hosts have thought of it. The neighborhood was quiet and very representative of the St. Augustine area. We enjoyed the front porch area that overlooked an old mansion and had horse drawn carriages that passed by. The backyard/patio area was beautifully appointed very relaxing. Inside, all the spaces were meticulously decorated and very cohesive to the house and area. While you can walk or bike to the old town area, we chose to drive. Parking is expensive, but we had a great time exploring and eating in the old town and fort area. Again- I can’t say enough about this property and you should definitely consider this place on your next visit.

Lovely home with amazing backyard. Single level a plus. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is bright and modern. Location near the town center, community park, and historic Freedom Trail made each daily walk a new experience. We even had horse drawn carriages pass by each evening as we relaxed on the comfortable screened front porch. Appreciated the TV with access to streaming channels. Thank you for now having a microwave in the kitchen. Filtered water pitcher was a life saver.

From the time we arrived until we left, we felt comfortable, at home and relaxed. The decor just made the perfect vibe and we enjoyed the outdoors in the swing and hammock. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the fun at The Ice Plant and White Lion.

It was amazing. Every little detail was considered. It was a great vacation rental for our family. There was even a exercise room, beach towels and sunscreen. The screened in porch was the perfect place to start the day.

The house has a warm and welcoming vibe. It is impeccably furnished and the linens and sheets are all top quality. There is really very little to complain about. Would be nice to have a microwave in the main kitchen but other than that, we had everything we needed. When you visit St Augustine, you don’t spend a lot of time indoors, but it’s nice to have a comfortable home to relax in at the end of the day! Would love to borrow the designer for this home!
