Clearer parking area. We followed the instructions but seemed to be blocking an entrance in the same property. Later that night we saw cars parked in the oposite location. Not sure???

Clean, unassuming, just perfect to spend a night in the high desert. Convenient location to Joshua Tree National Park. The house was nice and cool when we arrived and everything was in good working condition.

Other guests were loud during night time quiet hours. You can hear people's voices through the walls and the doors/cabinets opening and closing were disruptive. This can't be helped by the owners, just the other people staying there.

Good location near a grocery store, good wifi, comfortable size rooms with towels. Lots of tools for cooking and bathroom amenities like a hairdryer and shampoo.

Pillows made of foam, very uncomfortable. I threw them out of the bed after a couple of hours and fashioned my own pillow from a sweatshirt. Walls are very thin, in the bathroom one could hear the slightest noise from the guestnext-door, and one supposes vice versa.

Clean common areas, the rule to take off shoes at the entrance of the house and walk around on slippers seemed a bit odd, but was quite comfortable. Easy to park easy to open the door.

No breakfast included, but that was just fine for me as I'm usually really picky and don't find much of anything healthy to eat at a hotel anyhow.

The hosts were absolutely lovely. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. Great spot to rest my bones after a long day of driving and hiking in Joshua Tree. Would absolutely recommend.

While we were there the place hasn’t been fully booked. For it is a homestay the walls aren’t really soundproof so I imagine it can get noisy if you have loud fellow guests.

Friendly hosts and conveniently located for our expedition to Joshua tree national park. Recommended to travel by car. Home stay vibe with nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect - a quiet getaway with peaceful and friendly vibes. Just out of downtown Twentynine Palms and very close to the North Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Friendly hosts made sure I had everything I needed. Great to meet the other guests and have a kitchen to prepare meals, but my own room where I could relax and work remotely.

Great location. Close to Joshua Tree National Park and several stores and restaurants. Quiet and clean, good place to rest after strenuous hikes. Nice, friendly hosts.

The only slightly negative but expected thing was being able to hear everything from the area I was in since it was only closed off by a room separator, and there were people in and out of the kitchen throughout the night. But this was expected so if you are not okay with that you may want to book one of their rooms with a door/full room.

House and hosts were great and fun to talk to. They had come home with their newborn from the hospital that day(!) and were still very responsive, welcoming, quiet and inconspicuous.

Honestly, I had no negative issues.

This place is wonderful. The hosts were great and I will definitely stay there again. If you are visiting Joshua Tree National Park, this location is amazing. Less than 10 minutes from the entrance. It's also close to stores and restaurants.
