There were no fresh towels, the room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.

I have never stayed at an extended stay that required the guest to ask for silver ware, pots, pans,glasses etc., The rooms are in need of an update. I realize you get what you pay for but for $155 I would have expected a nicer accomodation.

The room was old and musty. Floor was grimey and sticky. All appliances are barely functioning. If you need a quick stop with no frills, this is the place.

Tub was Rusty. Towels were old and only had 2 bath towels. Rug was nasty. Near the train tracks. The whole place shakes.

They said I had a lake view but the lake is beyond the parking lot and the lot was filled with trucks that masked any potential view.

It was cleaned up and not available at a time that was convenient for me. The desk clearly was able to give me a cup that had lots of dregs in it.

First and foremost you would think its location would be quiet. Wrong. Very noisy with the property being right next to the railroad tracks. It also sounded like everyone walking past and/or outside was in the room with you so no sound proofing at all. Room was run down and dated. The tub lining was peeling off in the bathroom. Very antiquated amenities available. No extra towels or toilet paper were available stating they were waiting on the truck to deliver them. How does a hotel not have towels or toilet paper??

Room had a smile to it like mildew and wet dog . light was very poor. Only 3 out 6 lights worked in the room, I was in . Cobwebs , and a couple of spiders . But honestly, it wasn't that bad . I like the area it was in .

The microwave was not working, the bathtub was dirty and old, the mattress was very hard, you can literally feel the springs in you back.

It was close to shopping, food and the downtown area and the room was clean.

The guy working the front desk gave me a room that was still dirty.It had not been cleaned at all. I went back to the front desk to tell him. He didn't even apologize. He acted like I was bothering him or something. I asked for dishes and silverware. First he told me to come back for them. Then he said he would bring them. More than two hours passed. I ended up going back to the front desk and asking again

Next to train tracks and interstate noisy. Had to ask for light bulb in crooked light on wall, the remote for TV didn't have but 1 battery couldnt use. Room located under steps, people dumped their trash there, no dumpster, it had appliances fridge, 2 burner stove and the smallest microwave I have ever seen but no toaster, coffee pot, hair dryer All cupboards empty. Bathroom clean but needs updating. The floor was filthy. I had to wash my feet before getting into bed they were black and gritty.

Needs an update badly...beds were somewhat comfy and they keep it clean, but the carpet and everything inside is very worn and dates.

The property is definitely outdated. The TV in our room had a cracked screen. The tub was dirty. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets appeared to have water damage. The leather chair in the room was ripped in several places. The room was not very clean at all and had a very foul smell. We kept the AC at 60 but the room would never cool off.

The price was great for our budget.
