The bathroom was dirty, full of mold, had bugs, and no where to get ready.

Loved that it was on the beach, had a back door also that you could walk out on boardwalks all around the back of the property… The place had 2 pools, 2 bars.. one was about 10 steps from our ground level room.. they also had a restaurant it said.. never actually seen it.. only went to bar outside by our room… it was cool! They had a mini arcade room by the big pool and convention hall… and the food court was very nice… however it woulda been a lot nicer if it actually had food there! Idk if it was only early early morning things or what but we went to get some stuff and the young girl messed with a cappuccino machine for literall15 minutes, cleaning and such.. while we were waiting to be waited on, another couple walks up and had an ice bucket she asks them if they need ice… they said well yea but we need food! She continues to clean … finally she goes around the counter to wait on us, my friend ordered a ham biscuit and she says we don’t have any.. do what.. we don’t have any.. so we just put the cereal back and went to McDonald’s… I mean there was NO food in sight like laying there cooked or under a heat lamp.. they had like cereal and chips and ice cream in a freezer maybe some fruit … as big and as nice as that place was they should’ve had all kinds of food cooked up or something! There was plenty seating and very nice otherwise! When I was booking I read the all the amenities and it said hair dryer so I didn’t take one! Well we did NOT have one however another lady staying there said she did! So I went to deal told them they said they would put in a request .. that evening my friend goes down to see if we can get it and she proceeded to tell her that people steal them so some rooms have them and some rooms don’t and they aren’t replacing them! Really?! They should’ve put that online then! We ended up going to the goodwill and bought one for $3.99..

The cleaning crew never brought new towels or did any of the light cleaning that was supposed to be done per the sign the bathroom.

The front desk staff were not helpful. They sent me the wrong direction to my room and told me nothing about how to navigate the several buildings. Locating your room can take 45 minutes. There’s like 4-5 buildings and they never mentioned this, or which one I should go to. They simply pointed around the right side of the building, which was inaccurate. We were on the far left.

Wide availability of pools, food, and activities. I like the affordability and access to the beach.

The stove top eyes needed replacing. The bathroom door needed fixing. Need a storage drawer with extra towels and toilet paper. No extra blankets. No parking because of the what was happening. No good for the paying guest.

Room was very bad in need of update. When I asked front desk about a blow dryer, lady was very rude. She said we don’t do blow dryers. People keep jerking them out of walls and stealing them. This would have been nice to know.

The rooms are a little outdated and there wasn't enough storage place. The bathroom in the room is a little on the small side.

The bathrooms need updating the hotel is very nice. There was hair in the bathroom the beds were very comfortable with clean fresh sheets. Limited restaurant menu but good food. Great place to bring your kids

I asked for nice view and quiet but, my view from my room was an old all roof and the whole night from the walkway there is a lady talked all night from the room when we about to go sleep, thats after 9pm

When we arrived, the pullout couch bed was out. I quickly realized it was because it was broken and would not close blocking the bathroom entrance. After several minutes of fighting with it, I got it closed. Then we learned our shower was clogged with a bunch of nasty hair and never drained the entire time we were there. Finally, the room above us, appeared to be rearranging their room all day long and then into the night very late. Sounded like tables in bed sliding around. We don’t complain and are very easy to please. I would call this a lower star hotel based on cleanliness and I’m OK with that. I’ll take that for a deal to be oceanfront.

Property was absolute ocean front. Our front door was feet from the sand.

They initially did not put us in the room we booked. They did move us and make that right though. Both pools were closed for a day of our trip. Food court closes at 1pm, just a heads up. The rusty anchor is open later but a bit pricey. The staff is definitely NOT friendly at all. Any request is an inconvenience to them. Almost hostile at any question. The air conditioner in our room barely worked. The room was so warm at night we had to sleep with no covers and the ac was leaking water onto the floor. The room was not very clean. I would not stay here again. I have stage 4 cancer and dont know how many beach trips I have left. It was very disappointing to me. Do not book at this hotel.

The location was great. The property had resturants...if they're open. 2 big pools...again, when they're open.
