Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe front desk person did not speak English. Had to call someone to translate which delayed process. Unorganized, had hand written lists of names. Couldn’t provide a receipt at checkout. We stopped in earlier check in to see if room was available and nobody responded to the assistance bell, left and came back after 3.

United StatesWhen I called the phone number to book the hotel, I talked with someone overseas and was charged a ridiculous price which I quickly requested a refund after going through booking.com paying less than half the original. Our room card/key did not work. There was no one at the front desk, instead a note to go to a room for assistance. The person let us in with a key asking if we were in for the night instead of giving us a new key. The light switches by the door did not work so were in the dark until we found a lamp by the bed. The door leading to the rooms was accessible by the public rather than hotel guests only.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

United StatesThe pillows were very flat and lumpy which made for an uncomfortable night of sleep. There was a small bottle of shampoo but no soap for washing hands or showering was provided. The shower curtain had mildew spots which makes me wonder how well things are being cleaned between stays.
We did not eat the breakfast but it looked to have fruit, cereal and a bread option at least. The bed was comfortable and being king size was plenty of room to spread out. A gas station, dollar store and grocery store are a very short walk from the hotel.

United StatesWe had 3 double queen rooms booked for work travel. They didn’t have them so I gave up the single king to my guys and slept in the truck. The crème de la crème was there was also an issue the night before where I was double charged because they ran my credit card at the site, but told the online booking service I didn’t show up. Not helpful at all, either at the site or the sites customer service. Stay away.

United StatesThis hotel was transitioning between owners they should have closed it. Lady who checked us in had been pulled in from out of state because they couldn’t find workers. She had been the only staff on property for a week. She looked exhausted. A nephew was there in the morning and didn’t know anything. Couldn’t work Keurig coffe machines and somehow our key cards stopped working in the morning. It was a mess.
