Lovely property! The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Resort staff was professional and kind. Shuttle was super convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. I enjoyed the weight room and the spa! Was perfect!

The pictures of the view from the room's balcony are not correct. We had a view on a retaining wall instead of a mountain. A little bait and switch. We would have picked a different property had we known what the view was.

Apartment was nice and comfortable. It had almost everything we needed. The place was relatively clean and had a hot tub on the balcony. The building is in a great location and has fantastic ammenities (3 hot tubs, pool, game room, gym and more).

Clean, comfortable and very well located next to the snowflake lift make it ski in ski out. Having ski valet and boot room available made everything very easy.

Superb executive-level experience with “exceptional" customer service! Most places I’ve paid top dollar for over the last few years, in particular, seem as if they have temp employees off the street with no hospitality experience at all who act as if they’re doing you a favor to give you polite, attentive, concerned service… This place has professional hospitality staff with mature, professional understanding of what high-paying customers expect. I’ve travelled through 80+ countries and have seen it all. This… is a great place to stay that made our ski vacation (one we’ve taken many times to the area over 25 years) exactly as we expected it to be - which, unfortunately, is becoming more and more rare for the money we pay. I recommend this property with its professional staff, well-kept accommodations, and excellent access to both downtown Breck —> and the 50 Ft walk to the Snowflake lift on 4 O’Clock Run. Truly, ski-in and ski-out with an on-call shuttle that transports you all over Breck with minimal waiting.

Not entirely sure our a/c worked in our room but there were ceiling fans in each bedroom that we made use of each night. No housekeeping, but that wasn’t a hardship. Pool could’ve been a little cleaner but the kids had a blast.

Stayed during July 2024. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Shuttle bus was very convenient and really was on-demand. Our car stayed parked in the underground garage for the duration of our stay because of the shuttle service and because Breck is such an easy walking town. Steps from the Snowflake Lift if staying during winter. Also steps from Snowflake Trail, easy hike to Sawmill Resevoir. Would definitely stay again!

Two parking spaces when reserving a two bedroom would be nice. Also, a bike locker on-site that could only be accessed with a room key would be helpful (an open bike rack for expensive bikes isn’t safe enough in my opinion).

Had breakfast at Columbine Cafe, so can’t provide feedback about the on-site breakfast. The coffee was appreciated.

The girl working the front desk on Monday morning around 7am on March 11'th was not kind, friendly or helpful at all. She seemed mad at the world. There was no water in lobby so I asked about it and she wouldn't even look up at me. She was very disrespectful. I also mentioned to her the coffee (which we were told would be in lobby and it was the best so to depend on it) was ice cold. She was very disrespectful in her response about it, didn't care, said the plug/outlet needed to be handled. She said she had to finish sending out this email and it would take a while. Never made eye contact....then said she would be gone soon. It was very odd. The front desk staff when we arrived were wonderful and everyone after this girl was wonderful, so kind etc.

Great location, ski in / out. No lines, Charter Sports Ski rental right on location. So easy! Nice workout facilities, pool with 3 large hot tubs. Nice decor, underground parking with easy elevator access.

The ONLY inconvenience is that there are no carts to wheel in groceries from the front door of your take the shuttle to the grocery store. The one dolly is in the parking garage.

Convenient location with easy access to grocery store on the BlueSky shuttle. Charter Sports for ski rental is in the building. The ski lift is right outside the door. The hot tubs are large and convenient right down the hall from our room. The parking garage is heated and easy to navigate. I have stayed here 4 times already. Hardest part is making sure I can get a condo by booking early enough!

While we loved everything about the unit. I think the owner should know that the master bath shower doesn't drain well. There was about two inches of standing water. Easy fix for a plumber. Also for a beautiful apartment the owner should install new carpet. The carpet there was well worn.

The unit was beautiful. We loved the location. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. The convenience of the locker room, ski rental and free shuttle was worth the expense. If we come back to Breckenridge, we will stay there again.

Fabulous stay in summer at base of mountain. Clever use of space. Comfortable beds. Heated in ground pool and 3 hot tubs…great for all of our guests (3 adults, 5 kids). Bonus arcade next to outdoor pool deck. Quiet, secure. Very clean all around. Would stay here again!
