The shuttle bus service is very convenient . It arrives on time, and runs about every 30 minutes. The room is big and clean. We love how well equipped the kitchen is. Would like to stay again.

I didnt like that half of our room was not prepared. But the the staff quickly moved us to another room, but I hated the location.

I loved the location. And the fact that this facility has a complimentary shuttle to and from the strip.

The lobby is very loud and they need some sound absorbing panels as everything echoes. The shuttle was great, but they need better instructions to get from the strip back to the shuttle. It is a maze to call from the strip to the shuttle and you have to walk through several casinos or the mall and it’s a huge parking garage where the shuttle drop off space is. If they could move the shuttle drop off to a street level instead of under the ground, it would be much easier to get in and out. We spent an hour trying to find our way back to the shuttle stop and when we got there there’s no sign so we had to recall the name of the store.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. Quiet away from the strip. The shopping center next-door was handy.

Swimming pool was closed one day. They try to get you to do a tour of the resort in exchange for money , or one free night, (like the timeshare tours in Florida) but they were not pushy so this was no big issue.

Room (One bedroom room) was large, had full kitchen and a great view of the strip and the Las Vegas Dome.The free shuttle to the strip was also great. Upon checkout we were ok to leave our car in the hotel parking lot whilst we visited the strip area one last time.

The bath towels were well past their best and need renewing really. Appreciated the ceiling lamp above the desk, but I did keep banging my head on it every time I stood up! Not cheap, but it is Las Vegas and you get what you pay for.

Lovely suite with fully equipped kitchenette and lounge area. Had a small issue with the smoke detector randomly going off - phoned front desk and a maintenance man appeared within 5 minutes and fixed it. He also fixed the tv which wasn't working. So prompt service when needed. Location - it's a 30 minute walk to 'the strip', but the hotel runs an excellent shuttle service every 30 minutes. Masses of parking spaces.

Nothing, it was a great 7day stay!

The appartment was a complete surprise, it is way bigger, newer and nicer than it is shown on this site. It is very well fitted out and very comfortable! They offer a free shuttle bus with drop off's and pick ups at Planet Hollywood, so you have access to the centre of 'the strip'! The centre has a pool and a spa and the complex has a sports bar with great food, there's a Subway and a great pizza shop.

accomm and facilities are way better than they are in the ad's, and the appartment is a lot bigger and better than in any of the photo's in advertising. There are shops/food outlets and a bar at the complex! A free shuttle bus runs to and from Hollywood Planet day and night!

The location was off The Strip which was nice to get out of the mayhem. The shuttle that the hotel offers to the strip is excellent. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. We arrived early and fortunately we were allowed to check in early which was fantastic.

It's slightly odd location n bit of a walk to nearest store or bars, etc Planes can be noisy outside but no noise inside room.

This was a special offer, real cheap offer. Was amazing...huge double suite for me n friends lovely beds, facilities, kitchen, dryer, TVs, etc Pool n tub (inside); were great. Couple of food options in the complex. Shuttle service to the strip

Absolutely the best stay in Las Vegas. Spacious and comfortable apartment with view on the sphere, kitchen with all what you need, washer, dryer and free shuttle to the strip. Perfect!

When we check-in the lady tried to convince us to participate in some next morning 2 hours long meeting with the “financial” stuff and after the meeting we would receive a reward/gift - free entrance, ticket to the shows. It was just weird.

Very good price in Las Vegas, nice, clean and big rooms. Shuttle to the strip every 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay.
