The room was not dirty, but appeared dirty due to the room being outdated and the color of the furniture. When we first walked in, there was a really bad order from someone smoking.

I had a parking pass and I had to park across the street and I also have a handicap parking pass and there was a golf cart that was parked I a space without a parking pass they just came to visit someone and I spoke with someone at the general store across the street and he said he can’t do anything about it and I do understand about calling a recovery company because of it’s so hard to get in and out with another vehicle or trailer behind you . I didn’t mind parking across the street but a handicap parking would be nice . Thanks

The water was not hot when showering, that there was only 2 pillows, the outlets behind the bed didn’t work, water was dripping down to our balcony from somewhere above.

The room was clean and nice, I like that it was not contact check and just using codes to get in.

Every time we leave the room and come back it was a different smell. It smelled like dog and smoke and we don’t smoke.

No toilet paper was provided, and I couldn't reach anyone about it until the final day of my stay.

Location was nice, and the beds were nice, and I liked that I could check in super late at night.

Everything bed was uncomfortable, toilet didn’t flush right, when u took a shower the floor got all wet, no one around to help

Could have been a bit cleaner and include things like a bath mat towel, or even hand towels, better pillows, dish soap, a broom.

The location was excellent and the oceanfront view was spectacular. I actually liked the unconventional check in procedure and no housekeeping service. I didn’t have to wait in line and the email with the door codes arrived precisely at 4pm. I knew what to expect, and no one bothered us at all.

We called for maintenance, was told someone would be coming to assist us, and nobody ever came. Also, there was no front desk employee/ employees at all, we did not interact with nor see any employees during our 7-night stay. Also, our floors and some of our dishes were quite dirty.

We liked the location, the modernity of the room itself, the amenities, and the convenient parking.

Tub faucet had a constant drip. Until we found the right a/c setting, we had some serious mugginess. The floor was not clean -- our feet were dirty and had stuff sticking to them. (I used cleaning wipes and the provided sponge mop and cleaned the floors, and then it was good.)

Fantastic location! Right on the beach and walkable to many places. Quick drive to others. Most of the place was clean and the a/c worked well. Nice, fluffy, new towels. Allows dogs AND cats (it was a struggle to find a cat-allowing place). Convenient parking across the street.

There were many roaches, the TV didnt work, and the bed was falling apart on me. Lastly, the lock on the balcony door was broken so I felt unsafe at night.

The location was walking distance to my points of interest. The internet was free and fast. There was always available parking. Lastly, I liked the view of the beach.

Bathroom showers needed to be upgraded, all the water was coming out of the shower and it was very difficult to clean up

The entire building is old and run down. Our door barely locked. They offer long term rentals. There was no staff available most of the time. We were fine once we got to the room but the trip from side door to the room was always an adventure.

The door electronic code not needed as door opened whole time no code and ppl propped open exit door with traffic cone. No maintenance personnel wore uniforms and no name tags. Got knock on door to do pest control but did not let them in. Didn’t feel safe with no uniform or ID badge.

The value was good. Clean room. The check in was easy.
