The staff wasn’t too friendly. They seemed put out when we were checking in and out. The coffee bar was closed The staff didn’t want to give me a printout of my stay. The swim up bar was hardly open.

When I checked in the hotel staff were rude, not all of them! The next day got better. They were helpful.

I had two full bed, pull down bed from the wall and a pill out couch. Very spacious, we 3 adults and 6 kids. Swim up bar in the pool. Wished it stayed opened until later. I like the location, the parking for cars was right by the room so I didn’t have to carry my things far. We stayed Friday-Sunday and towards the end of you wanted to stay longer until 6pm they had a discount for the room I really loved that bc the kids were not ready to depart. 😊

Think the insurance policy can be a rip off given families that can’t allow a $250 hold in case of damages. I get it but $40 no refundable seems like a money grab if a family can’t have $250 held from them I understand trying to protect your assets but seemed wrong. Var next door a little loud but at least they stopped promptly at 11 each night

The property was great location and the fact that u have access to caption quarters hotel is a plus. Our 1st night there my mom woke up in middle of night to some had bit her on her arm and finger. Now when we got to room I always check beds, pulling sheets off and spraying Lysol and checking for bed bugs. Well my mom showed me her arm it was swollen in one spot and her finger was reddish. So I'm thinking it was spider or some be we didn see any signs of bed bugs. Come Wednesday morning laying in bed scrolling on my fone with cover over head and guess what I see crawling toward me... Yeap a bedbug I got it before it got me and I reported it before checking out. Say manager was go contact me by end of day haven't heard from no one. And the front office is two hotels down to check in

The hotel itself was nice but the indoor lobby bar and pool bar were closed,the cafe and beach shak were closed and the pools smelled so much of chemicals that it wasn’t enjoyable. Staff on arrival was kind of rude and not very informative and seemed to be upset when clients asked questions

The parking deck was really tight, hard to park a vehicle in. I wasn't told in advance where to check in. I had to find out by word of mouth, once I got there.

The location was almost perfect for the event we were attending. The bathroom was excellent. Loved the shower.

The pools were supposedly closed, we went the whole trip without swimming, then on the last night found out they only had one pool closed. The lobby was closed, so we absolutely never saw anyone that worked at the hotel. Facility smelt like weed, when I thought there was no smoking allowed, but there also was no one there to say otherwise. Bed was very uncomfortable Room was very nice, clean, and updated, but as soon as you walked out it was the opposite.

Make sure you bring blankets, because there’s nothing but a sheet on the bed and no blankets in the room. The lobby was closed and to check in you have to drive down the street. Parking is 12$ a night to park at the hotel, and was never mentioned anywhere when booking. Which was fine for my short stay, but as you get into longer stays i could see this miscommunication becoming an issue and almost not worth it. There’s also a 250$ refundable damage deposit or a $39.99 non refundable option, that a lot of people seemed to have an issue with when I was checking in. I won’t be staying here again.

Many facilities were closed due to the weather, like the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Upon checking in, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was sand, pieces of hair, and a dirty qtip on the floor. Hotel staff didn't clean the room every other day as was written on the note given with the door keys. Unfortunately, what was presented on the website did not match with where we stayed.

Staff was nice. Lazy pool was relaxing.

The only complaint I have is there was no full length mirror in the room. As a woman especially, this made getting dressed a little frustrating. The ice machine on our floor was frequently empty. And the drink machine was a little out of the way, in the parking garage. And the room had no clothes hangers.

This place was great! It was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing! Also I loved how the parking garage connects with your room floor! The pool, hot tub and swim up bar were excellent!! The DJ was phenomenal! Definitely will stay again.

The guy at check in. Played too many games. Acted like there wasnt a reservation...which is fine but let me walk all the way back to my car to get my email...which was still okay. I can take jokes! But then, sent us on a wild goose chase with loads of luggage. Told us our room number was 309 when it was 302...there is no 309!

The bartenders at the outside bar were phenomenal!
