The pools were way too small. There was no seating outside and they highly recommended the restaurant next-door, which we went to eat at and it was some of the worst seafood I’ve ever had. They should not recommend that restaurant.

They advertised 2 pools but it was more like 2 hot tubs. Limited selection on the continental breakfast. Hot water was excellent in the tub/shower but not in the bathroom sink. These were not very much of a big deal but worth noting.

Breakfast wasn't great, basic continental style but the reviews made it sound like it was a full breakfast.

The breakfast was not restocked around 8:30 am and the staff were inattentive.

The location was convenient to downtown St Augustine and the pier overlooking the water was very peaceful and relaxing.

The two downsides were, the beds were extremely high and kind of hard to get in and out of. And the toilet in our room was very low, and my husband, who has a bad hip, had trouble using it.

The location was beautiful and serene, with the wetlands, river and dock in the back, behind the fountain and large stone patio. We had a large room with a balcony that overlooked the river. The two small dipping pools were nice too, which we used. The continental breakfast was good, and you could request a sausage and eggs sandwich from the front desk for no additional charge. The public beach was only a mile down the road. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

I didn't like that we didn't get the room that booking.com advertised. Also the breakfast was NOT what was pictured either. But it was still a good breakfast. The bed was too hard and so high. Not good for disabled people unfortunately. But beautifully made!!

I love the decorations, the building, the location, the staff and the price for a weekday overnight stay. I really loved it here!!!

Breakfast was disappointing. Was expecting a continental breakfast like most hotels but instead had to settle for toast, bagels, fruit and instant oatmeal. Parking when full was a nightmare. The parking is cramped so if there are vans and trucks you won’t be able to get out or in. Unless you’ve already backed in.

The decor was magnificent. Well maintained and clean. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was impeccable. I felt like a king!

The only setback that we had was that breakfast seemed to lack hot foods.

Rooms are decorated beautifully and for comfort and the place is Smaller size so it has a homely feel. The staff are amazing in recommending local places to eat and activities that are usually known to locals. They have a great boat dock that is only available to guests so we were able to do a nice lunch out there by ourselves.

Ive stayed here before and it was great. This time the experience was not good. Terrible continental breakfast was bread dry cereal granola bar. Issues with scalding shower controls not working. Dissapointed!

It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the morning and available throughout the day. Breakfast did not begin until 8am, so I was unable to partake.

There was zero staff on site. The doors are done by a combo lock that they text you. When I accidentally left my phone in the room before check out, it took over an hour to get a hold of any staff member. The front desk is a Sheldon Cooper set up with someone on a screen and wasn't manned that morning. Also, I'm used to having a clock with USB ports built in or built in USB ports in the outlets. This hotel didn't have that. So don't forget your bricks!

The location and atmosphere was absolutely top notch. Plus for the price you couldn't beat it.

The beds are quite too soft for my liking, difficult to get out of, and a bit uncomfortable to sleep - but that's my personal own taste. It's just fine if you like a very soft mattress and topper. Obviously, it's not a deal-breaker for me as I frequently come back to stay. 🙂

I love this place. I've stayed here many times, maybe 20 or so, sometimes twice a month. Anya at the front desk has become a friend over my many stays, always accomodating, pleasant and a pleasure to see.

The room was super super congested and had no view at all. I never saw such a small room during any of my tours. We had the booking for 4 nights that we couldn’t cancel. So, we wanted to shift to a better room of course with price adjustment, but the front desk simply lied and said there are no rooms available till our travel time is over. Doesn’t he knows that people can nowadays easily check online!!! You should provide some different options to breakfast. it was like you're so fond of bacon and you only provide that!!! if you like bacon, It's okay, but you didn’t care about all guests. You could alter the breakfast every other day. We saw many guests threw the bacon after taking a bite.

The boat house was nice. The breakfast was okay. But they don’t provide other options. Always bacon, bacon & bacon. So if you don't like bacon, you only have breads, jam and butter.

I have stayed here 2 times and always have a problem getting breakfast. It says it's served from 8am to 11am but it's not ever there at the times it's says, and I have never actually seen any of the staff.

Love how quiet the place is. The furniture is stunning and the views are fabulous.

Beautiful large room. Very clean. Easy check in. Beautiful courtyard. Access to the pier. We arrived on a Thursday and basically had it all to ourselves. View from the balcony was amazing!
