The air conditioner in our room rattled sporadically and often. If it was a regular, even rattle it would have been fine - just white noise. Listening and anticipating the rattle was a little annoying when you were trying to get to sleep. We didn't complain about it since it really wasn't an issue most of the time and it looked like they had tried to alleviate the rattle by wedging the side of the vent. I could see others having issues with road noise, but we live on a main road at home, so it was not an issue for us.

The room and bathroom were huge and the bed was comfy. It was close to most attractions without being in the middle of all the tourists. The L was just steps away.

The pillows were awful. We didn't find out until our last morning that there was complimentary coffee and ice water available in the secondary lobby.

This hotel is located near multiple train and bus stops. It is also walkable to Millennium and Grant Parks. The room was comfortable and had the amenities we needed.

That breakfast wasn't included. The cafe adjacent ot the hotel is lovely and at least breakfast there should be included.

The hotel is clean, aesthetic, beautifully color coordinated and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of every single member of the staff.

Service is alive and well at Hotel Blake and everyone on their team is so welcoming and friendly. The room was large and comfortable and the location was close to so much transit.

The only thing I can think of was that the entry door was hard to find due to building construction. But they sent a message about it prior to our stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was lovely! Near the train station, so a great location. Very comfortable bed! Spacious and cool decor, with some historical facts in the border paper. We're usually hesitant to give perfect scores, but this place is pretty amazing! There's a Giordano's pizza 🍕 and some sandwich shops a few blocks away, as well.

Aircon in our room wasn’t functioning correctly. Tea /coffee making options in room were limited. Tea - only green or Earl Grey. 😣.

Flew from Anchorage overnight and arrived at Hotel at about 9:30am - Expected to leave our bags, but exceptional service from Reception advised that the room was available and we could check in NOW - that never happens. Location was an easy walk to explore the fantastic city of Chicago which had a great vibe.

The only thing is I wish you could cast onto the tvs so you can watch your tv shows.
