On our 2nd night we were awakened (2:45am) by loud noises by people who were using the pool and were not guests of the property. Pool gate / fencing area is not secure. We contacted the police and hotel management regarding the situation . They responded but when police came the people were gone. Management offered us a late checkout. More guests checked in the next day so we felt secure having more registered guests around us.

Modern and simple design equipped with high end appliances. A/C kept us cool. Ample supply of towels, etc. staff was quick to respond with our requests. Beautiful property!

The guests before us really wrecked havoc on the whole place and while the staff worked really hard to get it cleaned up, there was no way to get rid of all the debris left. There was only so much they could do.

Rooms and facility were very cool. Staff answered inquiries quickly and assisted with our needs when items were missing from the guests before us.

I didn’t like that there were no tables in the room. The room was tired and worn looking. The bathroom tiles are old and didn’t look like the photos. The room did not match up with the money we paid.

Guests were walking around the shared living room outdoor space. We were both surprise to run into each other when I got home from errands.

Absolutely no water pressure. Basically a trinkle. Not one washcloth. I had to use a hand towel to wash with. Curtain didn't close all the way as 3 or 4 of the hooks were not working or came undone, which was a concern as far as privacy. The room was semi comfortable but definitely not cool. I did like the room tho. It was clean, the bed was comfortable which surprised me as I have back issues. I did feel the constant texts and email were were over done and even tho it said my ID verified I was still asked to do it 2 more times. I called 48 hours before my arrival and was told my room was paid in full, I also had an email from my credit card company saying it was paid in full which leaves me to ask why the constant asking to confirm my reservations. But I did arrive about 15 minutes early and a very helpful nice young man did let me in after I called so that was appreciated. As said I liked the room and would consider staying there again.

Location was excellent. Very convenient. The room was clean. I loved the concrete floors and plywood ceiling. The parking was superb. I had a space right outside my entrance. The complex felt very safe and was very quiet.

Our sliding glass screen door was falling off, your back area is open to everyone else near you, the area was a little questionable and just didn’t feel cozy the room felt modern but cold.

Overall I’d say this was “ok” the room was modern, our sliding door was falling off the runner which I updated the staff while in the room. I don’t believe there is staff on the property. The area is ok, but a few shady buildings around. We did have some loud neighbors that were likely in Palm Springs to party. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was ok for the night.

I really wanted to bring my dog and it says its a dog friendly hotel but I knew that it was going to be super expensive to bring my dog when you had to email them to ask about the cost. I was staying for ONE NIGHT it was $150 plus a $300 deposit (which I totally get). So bring my dog cost more than my stay. I think they sure have a lower fee and maybe a higher deposit, that was very disappointing. I would consider hotel not a dog friendly one.

Be cautious when booking — there’s no lobby, no manager on site, and no one to help if something goes wrong. We left after 1 night because the pool was extremely dirty (hair and debris). Sent photos, asked for help, got no real response. They said housekeeping “checked the water” and that was it. No refund. No follow-up.

A recap for you. 1) no hot water in two bathrooms all night until repair man came in two hours before check out. The no late check out. 2) no body wash in 1 bathroom and 2 conditioners instead of a shampoo 3) glitter on toilet in 1 bathroom from previous guests 4) dirt and trash on floors. Look like it wasn't swept well 5) dirty pool 6) no early check in but place wasn't event ready to go when i did finally check in 7) no blinds in living room/kitchen area 8) DoorDash has a hard time finding the property because you don't have the address visible at night

The bed was not good. It was wooden, did not feel very sturdy and made creaking noises when you got on when someone was on it. Almost felt like it would break underneath us. A cousin of mine said the same. The mattress was also very very soft so if you like a sturdy mattress you may feel a bit sore the next morning. We also didn’t like that the showers were out and open there wasn’t that much privacy from the shower and the rest of the room and the room that is connected to the living space if you were to open the door you would see strait into the bathroom and see the person in the shower.

It was clean, modern, and convenient since it was close to restaurants and shops. It was also very convenient that each room had its own bathroom with a shower and even the living room area had a bathroom with a shower.

I loved all of the modern features. The room was simple and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. especially loved that the larger unit I rented the first time had a laundry facility.
