The a/c problem

Everything about it was great, all but the a/c began to leak, they came to fix it and then the upper level quit working.. they came to fix it but said to not turn below 72, and it stayed hot upstairs. Would we rent again absolutely, but would bring a fan to accommodate the air.

Keypad was difficult to use. Refrigerator was leaking. Clothes dryer door was difficult to close so it would start. Some of vinyl tile is coming loose in upstairs bathroom and kitchen in front of fridge

Close to attractions. Nice secluded neighborhood. Cabin has lots of amenities.

Everything was great

The cabin was so clean and we had so much room because it was just my family which was only four of us. I loved the dinning room table and chairs. Wish I knew where the owners purchased them. Would love some for my home.

The propane to grill did not work. And it was still decorated for Christmas.

Couldn’t use the pool table because there was no room around it to actually play. So to say there’s a pool table is misleading since there’s no room to play. Also, we weren’t allowed to go in even 20 minutes early and the man on the phone was rather short. However, a local host was very kind and helpful.

The space was perfect for my family. All of the kids enjoyed themselves even if we were just relaxing in the cabin.

The cleaners were late and held up our check in. The blinds were broken in several rooms. The pull out couch down stairs was held together by coat hangers. The pool table sticks were broken. The hot tub didn’t have a cover so it was dirty and full of leaves. Both propane tanks were empty, it took over 24hrs for anyone to call to bring a full one over.

The Location was close to everything.

It was a little hard to find and was more congested than we expected. The key code didn’t work on the door, even after an associate changed it. It was aggravating trying to get in and couldn’t after a long trip. The representative trying to help us was hard to understand. We ended up having to use a key, and the lock was somewhat tricky.

The cabin was super nice! We loved the jetted tubs!!

Some things were broken. The baby gate didn't operate properly which sucked for us with our toddler. The sofa bed downstairs mattress was pretty tore up. And some of the theater chairs weren't bolted down correctly. Vacasa did offer to come look at the baby gate during our stay.

Location is very close to the Pigeon Forge strip. Had a lot of stuff in the kitchen for cooking there. The basement was perfect for our kids. And loved the decks. Loved having a washer and dryer as well.

I didn’t like the bear decoration. I also wish there was an extra bedroom instead of the home theater in the basement. The cabin is very big but could not accommodate 3 kids each having their own bed.

The size of the place, the nice balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The hot tub outside downstairs the Jets did not work properly the lighting on the porches did not work so we could not have access to the hot tub at night grill was not working so we had to call maintenance and get them to come out and fix that so we didn't get to use the grill for a couple nights and the jacuzzi in the main bedroom upstairs only one jet worked out of six so we couldn't use the jacuzzi

The home was beautiful and well supplied! I was surprised to find an insta pot, crockpot and griddle available for use! This was very helpful! We had everything we needed to make our meals at home!

It was pure filthy because the staff said that it was clean and we could go in and it was not dirty diapers on the porch by the hot tub the hot tub was nasty the whole entire thing was just disgusting and I would have loved to stay there because I love the cabin and I loved how close it was so I just locked the fact of it is that I had to pay for something that's still wasn't to my standards because it wasn't so close to being in there I had to stay 20 minutes away from town my plan was to be close because I had children that were teenagers I don't even believe that I should have had to pay. For my stay for the other cabin

Would have been nice to stay bc it was close to everything but unfortunately the staff did not clean the property so therefore we had to be put into another cabin 20 minutes away which was more unconvenient for me and my teenage kids homework driving also inconvenient for the fact of that it was so close that we would have not had the long drive out to find something to eat
