Handle broken but seemed to lock and had chain. Flying insects were on walls and in bathtub that kept getting worse during the night. I couldn't use shower even after killing 30-40 as still 25 or more flying around. Remote wouldn't turn TV on but changed channels. I'm in my 80's. No parking near office so had to walk up hill and distance to get room change. Then had to pack up, load car, drive around other side of motel, unload car, unpack. Very hot weather. No offer to help me may have been my worst experience. Should have been offered decent compensation.

2ND room was very nice. Was much quieter than I expected since is a long-haul trucking location and very busy location.H

Old and outdated, relatively clean but a bit run-down. Felt totally safe but lots of freeway noise. The taco truck in the parking lot was the highlight, good AND convenient!

Needed a place to stay, this met the minimum requirements!

Local restaurants were scant and the one recommended by the motel owner was not all that good.

There was no breakfast with this motel. McDonalds next door was one of three fast food options. The motel office was closed when we checked out. I wanted an invoice but did not get one.

the property wasn't very clean. it was incredibly noisy. the railway line only a few yards away, deliveries to the shop at all hours of the night and trucks parking up outside made it almost impossible to sleep.

Convenient location. Has a view of the river. Unfortunately looks over the railroad tracks and train noise can be heard. I liked that the room had a mini fridge included.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close. Manager had our reservation screwed up. We had reserved three rooms for two nights and he only had two available.

The hotel has good reviews and served its purpose for our road trip, but the rooms could use a major update, from creaky floors to mismatched furniture to DIY counters. We definitely paid less for nicer accommodations along our trip.

We appreciated the owners' welcoming and helpful attitude. We also got in late, so it's conveniently located next to McDonald's.

The smell in the room was awful It's an old place and just lucky to have a place to rest. This is an emergency stop kinda place and thank god for it.

We were lucky to get a room for the night! This is the only place to stay on your way down to CA from WA. Unless you want to detour 40 mins.

AC was old and noisy. Location next to highway not optimal but it wasn't too bad and Biggs Jct just is what it is...not the greatest spot, lol.

Front desk staff gave us a great recommendation for a dinner spot.

The beds were a little hard and the toilet was very short and leaned back a bit.

The NU VU holds sentimental value. My grandmother was the manager there in the early to mid 80s for years. We have many pictures of various family members in the office area.

facility could use a face lift. I didnt like the idea that many things were broken and you always have the thought will they "blame You" for damages already existing.

This facility is just a place to sleep...nothing more nothing less. If you expect anything else that comes with my comment......you would be very disappointed.

The toilet was too small. Could have been replaced. The sound of the air conditioner and trains going by was a little much. Tried to charge an extra $30 for a later than 11:30am checkout. They should have allowed us a 1:30pm checkout in my opinion.

Location was excellent. The people running the motel were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable at that price.

Cramped room with too much furniture. No good place to park a truck-and-trailer. No information on website indicating lack of truck parking (it is surrounded by a truckstop, after all). One of the two refrigerators made noises all night long, but I didn't figure that out until morning.

The motel was very clean and comfortable for the one night I stayed there. It was close to the Maryhill Museum as well as the I84. The rules were posted and one for example was no noise from the TV after 9:00 pm.

It’s quite obviously in the midst of an update. The ac unit was extremely old we ended up pulling out the filter and cleaning it out. The furniture placement doesn’t make a lot of sense and there is no luggage rack or hangers in the closet.

Very conveniently located. The management team was kind, helpful and responsive. We were able to have our pooch with us as well. The beds were very comfortable. And it was reasonably clean.

Right by McDonald’s, just off both 97 and 84, great locations with cheaper gas. Good parking. Nice view across the river. Bed was comfortable for me with a choice of pillows.

The train went by and shook the place every 30 minutes, and the AC unit did drown out the sound but it was so loud and turned off and on that it woke me up every hour. I also wasn’t too comfortable with there being two doors to the outside and one didn’t have an indoor extra lock on it. The toilet was also crooked.
