The only thing I didn't like was the sofa bed, it is no way you can sleep on that.

This is a beautiful cabin. Everything was clean, I loved the location, easy to get. The hot tub was great. The regular bed was comfy.

Because of the water shortage, we were unable to do laundry or use the whirlpool tub. Those were a couple of the amenities that made me choose to stay there. I understand that it was no one's fault, but it was inconvenient.

I loved the cabin, it was clean and had plenty of room. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The view of the sun rising and setting was awesome. I will be back.

The driveway has two massive pot holes, and since it is so narrow they almost impossible to miss hitting.

The downstairs bathroom sink was completely clogged. We had to fix it.

We weren't given any washcloths or kitchen towels, potholders. We sent a text message to Vacasa but they never answered. We didn't care for all the steps but we managed.

The location was great and the cabin was awesome. The king size bed was very comfortable and the games in the loft were awesome.

The evening we checked in the AC on the main floor wasn't working. It was 79 degrees in the cabin. I reached out and at first they were in no hurry to help until I said we could not stay here with it being that hot inside. They finally sent someone to clean it. Then I opened the pull out coach for my son to sleep on and there was a mattress cover on the bed that had stains and a blood stain and clearly hadnt been washed. The remote for the TV in the living room would not turn the volume up so I had to download the app on my phone and pay a subscription fee. One of the two rocking chairs on the back deck was broken so no one could use it. The hot tub was hot the first night we were here and then never got hot again. And the resort has a pool. My son was so excited. We went to use it and its got a locked gate so I requested the code and was told my cabin didnt have access to the pool. They refused to give me the code to let us swim. I asked how to gain access with our cabin rental and was never given an answer just kept being told we couldn't use it. Why would a cabin within the resort not have access to the pool in the resort? Very frustrating trip for us. We will not be staying here again. We love the area but will find a better resort next time. When I reported all the issues I was told they would refund my $58 cleaning fee, its something I suppose. 🙄

The hot tub did not work, we reached out they sent someone and said it was fixed, it ran for about 5 minutes and then gave the D4 error again. The cabin was also still decorated for Christmas and it is March.

That we couldn't Stay at this cabin so I can't tell if this was a good cabin or not something was was with this cabin

I can't tell you how the the stay was because we couldn't Stay because something was wrong the cabin....smh...

Didn't like the fact that we paid for a jacuzzi and a hot tub we get there and we're told we're not allowed to use them nor take long showers. For one the hot tub outside had cigarette breads it appeared to be dead skin at the bottom along with stuff floating on top and some kind of gunk floating around. We didn't like the fact that the huge window pane in the living room directly in front of the dining table was not properly encased in the window frame as both window paint front and back moves very easily if you push on it. If a child or a small child not knowing we're too lean on it or to push on it they would either break it or it would come out of the window frame and break and crash down and they could also come with the window and fall out of the cabin like three stories up. I took video and pictures of everything that I did not like also so they don't try to blame us for doing it. Also in the lower section in the little TV living room there's another window that you can raise up and down and while it rained for several days water was pouring in from the top of the window and splashing down on the window seal pretty badly. That's going to cause damage in the future if they don't get that repaired.

Liked everything but onto the next section.

bed slats were broke under the bed so we sunk into the bed, dishwasher was inoperable, ball was not present for foosball table, light was out over the shower
