The only negative thing I have to say was our bed that was in the cabin was extremely bouncy and soft. We do prefer a more firm mattress. This one was like sleeping on an air mattress for us.

We loved that it was so close to the village where all the shopping and restaurants are located. The view was beautiful. Cabin was very clean and spacious for the two of us.

This is your second time coming there. It was a very nice place.

Only have one complaint. They have a area next to the lake where there's grass in a fire pit. And the sprinklers came on during the day. While we were there. In the late afternoon seems kind of strange to have the sprinklers come on during the day in the middle of summer. When people are using the area. We called to see if we could get them turned off they said no there was no staff there to turn them off. The morning would be a great time to water the grass when no one's around.

Pool and jacuzzi closed for stay. Work to improve the facilities but would have been good to be informed ahead of arrival.

Had hoped for a cabin under the trees but we were across the road. The pool was out of service.

The bathroom was too small probably on account of the soaking tub in the living room. But for those not using the tub the bathroom and shower are hardly functional.

Our room was adjacent to a utility room of some sort, and we could hear the whirring of AC units turning off and on.

We had a lovely stay here as a family of three (two adults, one 7 year old child) + our dog. The property was centrally located, but also felt quiet and safe. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and we loved both the pool and easy lake access.

A string mop doesn't clean lvp flooring, invest in a cross-wave bc unfortunately the floors were dirty. The phone in the room did not work, I called the hotel directly but no one answered. I sent a message through booking to the office, but the hotel did not respond. One of the queen beds was not level, so guests sleep on a downward trajectory. The pool, which is not that large, is unsupervised and older teenagers doing cannonballs that spread water over guests on loungers is inappropriate, but who would care? These are fixable problems

The hair dryer in the room doesn't work, and there is no alternative available at the front desk. I had to sleep with wet hair, which was uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can provide a backup option in the future.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was the cleanness of the room, when we got there the floor was very dirty and you can even feel it when walking around the room . I had to wipe it out a with paper towels, but still it was very dirty. Also there is no mat on the entrance for dirty shoes, and there is no drawer to put your clothes or even something to hang you jackets. The pans are old and everything sticks on it.

What I did like was the location, we had gas stations near, also coffee shops, liquor store and a pizza place. Also the price was reasonable. And the room was always warm, I was able to sleep without freezing.

We love the newly renovated rooms and the heated pool and spa. Also, close to the village which has shops and Restaurants. Approx 5 mins from Snow Summit Ski Resort.

The carpet of the room was a little old, could see a couple stains. The front desk did say the rooms were being remodeled so I hope to see the carpet upgraded next time I come.

The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to the center of town. The room was also spacious for the price we paid.

Housekeeping was 0-5 during our stay. There are newer cabins on lake side, housekeeping hovered there. Had to self service everything.

The heater was really noisy. It sounded like a lawnmower.

Freshly remodeled cabin right on the lake. Comfortable beds. Big TVs in living room and bedroom. Plenty of hot water. Brand new BBQ grills and fire pit with seating outside. Walking distance to Village.
