Minifrig in room needs a good defrost. Soild ice and unable to use that section. Mold noted around caulking in shower. Found 2 bugs in room (one ant, one beetle). I know it was first floor so expected some bugs can migrate into room. Just mentioning to continue landscaping upkeep and possibly use of a bug spray at entry ports and drains in room when between guest usage. The pool at this location is covered up and not used. Be nice for future guests to have this option as an amenity. Perhaps look into having it serviced and functional again.

Excellent front desk service. Continental breakfast a nice perk when planning day to not feel rushed out and get organized. Maid service was friendly and easy to locate if needing a simple towel swap vs full room make up. The staff at Surestay Woodbury was the best part of the stay.

The free breakfast could be much better. Limited toast option, no dry cereals, the staff had to be asked for missing items like napkins, etc.

The bed was comfortable but we had to change our first room due to a very noisy air conditioner.

My recent stay at the hotel was below expectations. The water in the shower was only lukewarm, which made it inconvenient and uncomfortable. The bed frame was very squeaky, and the bathroom door was difficult to close. Overall, the hotel feels like it’s in need of an upgrade.

It was convenient to where my event was taking place.

Hotel is very dated, like way back in the 70's. Roof was missing shingles, and there was a lot of missing wood on some sides of the building.

Although the hotel is quite dated, it was clean and comfortable. All staff encountered was very nice.

Keycard access worked once per swipe, so it was annoying to go back to the lobby to get the keycard working again every time I had to leave the room. There wasn't a microwave in the room so people need to find ways to heat their food, the fridge was placed in a floor cabinet that blocked the door, so I had to lift it out of the cabinet just a little bit so I can swing open the door.

Ease of access to the lobby and to the rooms, amenities were easy to access, the room was very clean and there was a pleasant smell, WiFi worked great, bathroom was clean, and breakfast was good, plenty of parking spaces, pet-friendly and it was quiet.

We checked in for a wedding we were attending that Saturday, and were given gift bags from a different wedding that was happening on Friday. We later gave back the gift bags after confirming they were not from our Bride and Groom. We even told the receptionist that we were certain the gift bags were not for us. She refused to accept this answer. The shuttle the hotel offered was never mentioned to us as an option. We paid for an Uber to the church, at the same time the hotel shuttle dropped off guests. It would have been nice to have been notified given we let the receptionist know upon check in which wedding we were attending. Lastly the water was shut off around 2 and no one was notified. No phone call, nothing. It wasn't until my husband was trying to take a shower did we know. He had to go check with the front desk to get an ETA and even that was difficult to get a straight answer.

The location is perfect if you're attending a wedding at the Fox Hollow. Has great food options within walking distance.

The bathroom tub needed a mat because it was slippery. Could have provide more towels. The air conditioning was good but very noisy.

The location, king size bed, the outdoor landscaping was pleasant and the free breakfast was ok.
