We checked in late and got to our room. Upon entering the room, the bathroom was under maintenance with the toilet taken apart and towels on the floor. I spoke with staff and they happily switched our room. Upon entering the next room, it had a musty smell, the first bed had very large stains on the bedding. There was something spilled down the wall in the bathroom sink area, and stains on the shower curtains.

The food wasn't what it normally should be for Best Western I love this motel chain and I always look forward to a good breakfast 🥞🍳 but when me and my family went down for breakfast at 7 am there was not much to choose from other than that all and all it's still a good place to stay 😄

The conditions provided were entirely misrepresented and far below the advertised standards. Upon arrival, the hotel entrance was locked, and there was no staff available at the front desk. I was forced to follow a handwritten sign instructing me to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. Eventually, a receptionist appeared in pajamas, which was highly unprofessional and concerning. Once in the room, the conditions were simply unacceptable: The odor of nicotine was overwhelmingly strong to the point of making it impossible to sleep or remain comfortably in the room. The room was in an unsanitary state: the walls, headboards, and window curtains were stained with red splashes, which was extremely disturbing. Surfaces such as the microwave door, nightstands, and doors were greasy and sticky to the touch, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were completely empty, which contradicts the promised amenities. The shower tub walls were covered with hairs, further evidence of a lack of hygiene. These conditions made it impossible to enjoy my stay, and I had legitimate concerns for my health and safety. This experience clearly did not align with what was advertised or expected from a professionally operated hotel.

The price was unreasonable for the room being dirty bathtub was dirty door jams were filthy. The freezer inside the refrigerator didn’t have a door on it so my frozen food didn’t stay frozen. Breakfast was ridiculous. They Start serving breakfast at 6:30 AM. My grandson and I got in there the first day at seven. The milk was curdled the yogurt and the cream cheese was warm. The syrup dispenser looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The second day we got in there at 6:47 AM. The eggs were cold and it looks like they’re serving frozen burritos that they just threw in a microwave and then threw in there. Breakfast was just definitely horrible and I feel like I pay way too much for horrible horrible experience.

What I liked about the property was that it was so close to where I needed it to be that’s about it.

In my opinion and situation I feel the facility needs an upgrade. First room they put me in the phone didn't work and the heater quit working and a burning smell started around 10:30pm. Moved the nightstand to plug in my heating pad and found what looked like a used needle and cotton ball, but not sure cause I didn't want to touch it. I was offered a new room and it was much better.

Breakfast was tasty and a good variety. Location of the hotel was perfect for what I was in town for.

Just felt a little unsafe, but that’s a woman traveling alone. they did put me in a room on the 2nd floor away from stairs. That was nice!
