It wasnt the cleanest. The ice machine didn't work, neither did the water machine. The pool was down for service or something.

advertised as breakfast included - there was none. No coffee in lobby, but there was in room coffee maker. No ice machine available - had to go to office and request ice.

Parking in front of room made carrying in items easy. I did receive a small refund since they advertised breakfast included, but it was not.

The first room we got was not clean so they gave us another one and the AC unit took hours for the room to cool down. The pool was not working it was green and dirty 😔 my family was excited to get in the pool but it was not clean.

Room did not include a desk or table for work or eating. There was no hair dryer. Bed pad was stained (could see through the sheets). Some areas of floor had not been vacuumed. Bathroom had no face towels and one soap bar which had already been opened. Breakfast had the hot food, but no juice, no cereal, no sweet rolls, or anything else.

Room was good size, bed was comfortable, heater/ac was excellent. Room includes iron/board, microwave/fridge, TV. Housekeeping was reasonably quiet and didn't disturb us when the do not disturb sign was out. Breakfast had hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes.

It was very dirty. Shower curtain was filthy, hair on the bathroom floor, carpet was stained and smelled bad. Had to ask for a bath towel for my spouse. Had to ask for a bar of soap for my face and hands. Breakfast wasn’t served until 8:30???

Rooms were overpriced. needs upgrades very badly. Television didn’t work, room were old and dingy, room was out of soap and had to ask for some, carpets filthy, towels and sheets old and not white.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. they went out of their way to make customers happy. grounds were kept nice for as old as they were. lots of parking and great location.

As a housekeeper myself, i was not satisfied with the cleanness of the rooms or the extra fees added just to get into my room an hour earlier when the room was already open and “clean.”

i like that it was across the street from fast food restaurants.

First off, when we checked in, there was no electricity in the room. They do not have any type of breakfast like the website shows. It looked very run down and not kept up. The pool was empty. Ice machine not working either. Definitely not staying here again.

Check in was total confusion.........The place was in dire need of work to bring it up to what the pictures in Booking showed. No ice buckets for room........had to get little bag of ice from front desk. Was given a room card and room number that was already occupied when we opened door.. Given another room card that this time did not open our room.......Finally given a card that worked. This Place was defenitely NOT Best Western quality which we have experienced in the past with out stays at Best Western. THIS PLACE WAS ONE OF THE WORST WE HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MANY YEARS OF OUR TRAVELING.

No hot water, no continental breakfast (which is advertised as available), the bed itself is very old and the sheets and blankets were literally shredded at the corners and didn't fit the bed at all. They were balled up under us when we woke up.

I liked that they don't have bedbugs. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing positive i could say about the property
