Stairs were a challenge. No connection to sections of motel room

The floor of the room I was using was sticky, near the bed. I was like it had had soda or similar spilt on it, and not cleaned up correctly.

Breakfast was OK, but basic. The staff at front desk very good, very informative about the area, transport etc. The location was really good for what I had to do in my time there. I had a small maintenance issue with the room and that was taken care of immediately. Shower and bed all good.

I didn't like that for the price the facility's aren't upgraded. The breakfast area could use some upgrades on where and how it's set up. The location did havw some homeless people walking in the area but the way they upkeep the hotel is very complex and makes it look really nice.

I liked the asthetic that is trying to happen the pools were heated and they do offer free waters. They served an ok breakfast but the breads where a bit stale.

1. Breakfast was very simple and the offer the same for the entire duration of the stay (the photos are misleading). The plastic cutlery was almost useless. 2. It took more than three weeks to release the security deposit hold on my credit card.

There was no micro wave in the room the box of tissues were wet prior to us getting there and were stuck together my wife could not use them

Breakfast was of a low average quality. Presentation was exciting and food was edible but nothing special.

The fitness center was okay but a bit hard to find.

The light switch in the bathroom is a motion sensor. In theory a good idea but whenever one of us went into the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light came on and lit up the room. We tried to turn the motion sensor off but could not.

Whilst the breakfast food wasn't that bad the restaurant was a bit grubby, we had to ask for cutlery and napkins 5 mins after the food arrived at the table. I understand that for BW the breakfast arrangements are very convenient but I think that your customers wouldn't choose to dine there if given other options

Loved the double room, bed was comfy and the apartment was clean, Angela on reception was very attentive, called twice to make sure that we were happy

Location was in a seedy area of town. Staff could be a little more helpful.

The made to order breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub were good. Beds were comfortable. Lay out of the room was good.

Pull out sofa was so uncomfortable that my kids couldn't lay in it, Jacuzzi tub was cracked, wall mounted soap dispenser was empty, conditioner was broken, lots things that could used repairs, had to put tape over the motion sensors on the light switches so they stop turning on all night, you could hear most things in the rooms above and next to you, only 1 working ice machine on the entire property. Not a nice area to walk around after dark.

The bumsted restaurant was really what pulled this place up to a 7.5 out of 10, otherwise it was a 5. Also a fun looking karaoke bar. The room was clean. Mini fridges and TV's worked.
