Bath tub was very slippery and no traction material on the base. I had to place 1 foot up by the drain to keep from sliding forward. A hole in the carpet, just outside the bathroom door. Toes got caught once but no problem when wearing shoes. I discussed these items when checking out. The room was 220. Trucks in truck stop parked right outside my window with motors running all night, and in & out traffic.

Very first issue was getting a room that smelled like a smoker had just left the room - after requesting a smoke-free room, and finding out that the entire hotel is now supposed to be smoke free. We were changed to a better room, and that one still had a faint cigarette smoke odor, and we were able to remedy with some essential oils we had one hand. The staff were not as attentive as they have been in the past, and there was a lot of what occurred to be arguing or confrontations between staff members in the area of the lobby/breakfast area that was not pleasant. We had requested a late check out, and even before the 11AM check out time someone came into the room and woke my partner who was napping before a long drive. Needless to say we left immediately. We had to request the deposit back, and that should have been returned without us having to request it, and waiting for the manager or someone to come and bring the deposit. The towels were a bit skimpy, and otherwise the facilities were good. I did mention to the desk staff several needs, and hope they were passed on. However, the feeling was we were an interruption every time we were at the desk. And often had to go outside to find the staff who were away from the desk smoking in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was good, and the location was great for our needs. I stay at this property periodically. The shower was especially great, good water pressure. (Though the towels were very skimpy.)

Very good stay we enjoyed it everybody there were fantastic. Conveniently located to everything you need. Would have been in 10 other than truck stop nearby. Even still it was very comfortable.

Parking lot over full . Had to park in a back far corner. Parking was not for large trucks ,so some people in large vehicles took up more than 1 parking slot.

didn’t give a 10 because they put me in the first floor, right In front of an utility room where they were making some kind of repairs and drilling the wall at 5am on Sunday! that made us very upset because we all wake up can couldn’t go back to sleep afterwards, we chose to spend the night there so we could rest after a long trip but that did not happen.

Very convenient location for us, staff was nice and hotel was clean but didn’t appreciate someone drilling the wall and making repairs at 5am on Sunday. that was very inconsiderate.

Hotel is sandwiiched between the I-10 feeder road and backed by a truck stop and casino. There was traffic noise.

I did not like getting woken up from my sleep for no reason!!

Our stay was okay except I had a rude awakening had a alarm going off at 1am.. Had to figure out where it was coming from.Called front desk.They came right a way.It was the smoke/carbon dector

Gym was so lacking. Just get a working treadmill, please. Area is super small but a safe treadmill would help.
