Price was high. I'm sure just because of Sturgis going on, but the price was high and there was nothing really "fancy" about it. There is no continental breakfast and if you do want breakfast it will cost you an additional $50. Pool room was hot and humid. A door was propped slightly open to allow a little air flow in, but I guess staff didn't like it and shut the door. The water park area was a little cooler and much more manageable to sit at.

Staff were average in attitude - not helpful but not unpleasant either.

The question mentioned breakfast but we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The location was convenient and room was clean and comfortable.

The cost. Way too much for what it was & it was advertised as a continental breakfast when I reserved my room & there wasn't one.

the pool was horrible. And the "breakfast" was muffins and juice.

The pool had so much chlorine that we could not breathe. Also, our eyes were burning so badly. It was also so warm by the kids' pool that you couldn't stand sitting there. I am a local and was super disappointed with the pool being in such a bad condition, as we rented the room just to go swimming for my daughter's birthday. Not sure that we will ever do that again. However, I loved the room location that we got and was happy with the room itself.

So I loved the small water park, but the water was freezing and so was the building itself, my grandsons were shivering and their lips were purple, no kidding.

I liked that there was a small water park for the kids.

The floor of the room was a little dirty. Seemed like it needed swept. Also some of the lights didn’t work.

The pool and the little water park was very nice for the kids. I have a teenager and a toddler. So it was nice to have something for both of them.

Pool needs to be stocked with more towels, both sides were always out. And one of the towels in my room was ripped and another was stained bad.

I didn't like that halfway through our trip, booking.com cancelled half of our rooms without us requesting it.

The rooms, restaurant and pool facilities are excellent!

There was not enough communication between staff, because the room they gave us was still occupied and we had to inform the front desk about it. Apparently the other guests decided to stay a few days longer and the day staff wasn't informed.

I liked it being close to the highway.

Book 2 rooms because of family and ended up in 2 different buildings not even close to each other.

website states that it has a full hot breakfast. This is FALSE! When I checked in, they told me there was no "complimentary" breakfast with the room. We would have to eat at their restaurant and was told it would be "out of guests pocket" I thought that was a crock. ESPECIALLY with the price! Which, I had reserved 2 nights, through booking.com. I later called and asked if I could extend the stay for another night. The price of that 3rd night was more than I paid for the first 2 nights.

Requested a room close to the pool and got one with a sliding door that was within steps of the pool. It was fantastic. Traveled with 2 grandgirls and they LOVED the pool and waterpark.
