Staff were very polite & Friendly. Food was excellent. Rooms were very spacious & clean. The pool area was great.

The cleaning staff didn't have my reservation on their list for staying three nights. The following morning after our first night we had someone knock on the door to come in and I let her know we were good and didn't need anything. Then shortly after there were two others that walked into our room without knocking first not once but twice!! I was shocked about that. I appreciate the customer attention, but needless to say after having two staff walk right into our room I kept the door locked when we were in our room and left the privacy door hanger on the handle. Hopefully they will get updated room lists for the day so they are not walking into occupied rooms. Lord only knows what they walk in on. Lol

We enjoyed the suite. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast. I would recommend staying at this location. There were also restaurants within walking distance that were so convenient.

We honestly had a great stay and loved everything. But if I had to be picky, I guess the only thing I didnt love was that the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. The idea of sitting down and my skin touching the actual toilet bowl instead of the seat kinda freaked me out haha. But I was just very careful and it was fine.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and our room was super comfortable. Also, the shower was spacious, hot, and had great water pressure.

Shower head sprayed a little to the side out the top. When I checked in, the guy seemed kinda stuck up. Made me uncomfortable.

The bed was amazingly soft and comfy Wonderful shower, love being able to sit. Soaps smelled amazing. Very nice room, great homey colors. Very welcoming and warm. Very clean. Gorgeous pool. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The breakfast was top notch compared to other hotel breakfast we’ve had. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were great. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

The woman staff who was attending the breakfast..She gave me two dirty trays with old food on both of them..Then argued with me that they were clean even after I showed her the food..Then she took them in the back wiped them and gave me the same trays that still had food on them..She refuse to give me another tray and said there wasnt any even though it was 7:15 and no one was in there except my daughter and I so there was no way all the trays were gone and I had to get dirty ones..She continued to turn me down so I asked the woman that the front desk for assistance and she give me two clean trays with a smile..I was thankful for her..

Breakfast was until 10:00 am, I arrived around 9:40 and no hot food was left. When I asked for some, I was told that no more hot food was being made because bf was until 10:00am. After telling her that there were 20 minutes left on the clock, I was offered some hash browns and sausage. It was an unnecessary back and forth.

People at the front desk were very helpful and catered to every need. They were polite and always willing to help. Lovely crew.
