Very clean! Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

The restaurant on site had a nice selection of food to choose from. The room was clean. The location was in a neighborhood, which was a nice change. The staff was very friendly, everyone was working!

Location

Run down hotel and without fresh coffee

They charged me for a 2 bedroom suit but what got was a single king suite with a pull out in the living area. It was deceptive and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. I was quite upset and they did nothing to rectify stating that technically the living area counts as a bedroom because of the pullout sofa. The hotel was also poorly staffed and there was no management there to speak with. Will not go there again.

Clean & comfortable - the towels actually go around your body!!!

Just about everything offered for breakfast was dry & tasteless. Also, the remodel done some years ago is starting to wear.

Comfort of the Rooms and cleanliness.

The Hot tube was not Hot. 84 degrees Multiple people i interacted with complained about this. Also Your Room Keycard does not let you in the pool you have to be let in by front desk I have never stayed somewhere where my room key didnt give me access. The In house restaurant was ok could have had more of a menu selection and seemed to be out of alot of things I heard being ordered and Multiple beers i tried ordering were out.

New hotel, everything waa exceptional: staff, guest laundry room, indoor pool/jacuzzi, fitness center, plenty of pkg for trks w/boats and motorcycles, quiet location (dont hear any traffic outside, (maybe they put extra insulation in walls 😀). Restaurant staff/food/beverage choices are exceptional. Bkkfst choices were typical but good. Walmart, gas & fast food chains walking distance from hotel.

Nothing to complain about.

Very friendly front desk staff who greeted us with a smile and was happy to answer our questions about the area.

I paid $316 for a 2 bedroom suite. I ended up with a king bed (Hard as stone) and a simply terrible pull out sofa bed all in a regular sized room. I mean, the alleged mattress on the sofa was all metal. Not usable. Terrible. Would not stay here simply because there was zero chance of sleeping at ALL.

For the price the jacuzzi should have been working and the breakfast should not have run out of food.

No hot water. No internet. $500 for 2 nites

Location to our visit and having stayed here before and were pleased with our stay.

Was disappointed that the dining room was not open but did find another place for dinner from the list provided by the staff. For the breakfast choices for drinks, should have hot water for tea, there was none and not everyone likes coffee.

Two bedroom? It’s a one bedroom, pullout couch in living room but no extra linens ie; pillows, sheets or blankets???

I was there 4 days...off season for the town so the crowd was very slim. I didn't get my trash taken out or towels freshened up the entire stay...good thing I'm not very needy. The people in the next room had a small child that screamed a lot...not the hotels fault but I didn't get much sleep...left their tv on ALL night....loud enough I could tell you what episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse they were watching. Again...not the hotels fault but...if you have a huge hotel with only 10-15 rooms rented, and someone comes in with a baby...put them at the far end. I love babies but I was there on business and sleep would have been nice....
