United StatesThe hotel is located in a noisy area with lots of late night traffic. The shower was absolutely filthy, with black mold everywhere and the glass shower door rubber gaskets hanging off. It was also obvious when I opened the door that some kind of cleaner had been applied to the tile floor but not mopped up because I could see footprints, and my sneakers were slipping on it. The bathroom floor was worse, and I had to lay towels on the floor to walk on the tile.
The bed was comfy.

We usually travel a lot and I always carry bleach with me in case the shower is dirty, this time it was the same, I had to clean it myself, I would just ask the hotel management to take better care of the showers, Thanks

ColombiaUnfortunately, the staff I encountered were not very welcoming. They seemed disinterested in assisting. While the hotel was generally clean, I noticed a few areas that could have been better maintained.
The hotel was really quiet. The hotel offered convenient and secure parking. There were plenty of spaces available. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to Niagara Falls state park, outlets and restaurants.

CanadaSome lack of organization or lack of any urgency. I understand check in is at 3 but literally had us wait until 3 before they would check us in. Then the people beh8nd us asking about a room were told 'we don't know if anything is available bc I don't have the housekeeping sheets back. You'll have to wait.' I would have walked and never returned. Have a housekeeping manager update you at 2pm so tou can organize the front desk. No way to operate a HOSPITALITY business. The place was quiet and convenient for our event in the area.
