Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was on first floor which was great but directly across from the main entrance so lots of foot traffic and noise making out dog bark or growl randomly through out the night.
Beautiful facility and the continental breakfast was superb. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The rug in the room smelled—it needs to be either replaced or cleaned. The lighting is too dim, especially by the sink. We had a hard seeing to put on our makeup. Either increase light in this area or provide a lighted makeup mirror.
The breakfast and outdoor sitting area. The bathroom and tub were well equipped for someone with balance issues.

The eating space was pretty crowded and noisy. The price for a middle of the week overnight was a bit pricy!
This was located very near where we wanted to be and it was close to the highway but pretty quiet. The breakfast was lovely and very fresh.

Not enough fruit opition. My sausage was burnt this time. Hot tub not hot enough.
The breakfast was good, except my sausage was burnt. I like the location. I love that the hot tub and pool is open 24 hours. Wish the hot tub was a little hotter, but I understand that they can't cater to me, that others might not like it HOT. I like that it is animal friendly. Love the cookies ( last time it was peanut butter, this time macadamia nut). All the staff are friendly and helpful. Love the hot chocolate machine. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

The only bad part was you can hear footsteps on hallway and noise coming from main road.

Breakfast perfect for a 3 night stay, scrambled egss, potatoes, sausage and specially the self-made waffles are delicious. The room was modern and spacious, We stayed at the kingsize bedroom and was super confortable with the sofa, work desk and bed space. Air conditioning equipment was smooth and silent. We used the fitness center which was spacious and had weight machines, also the pool is warm and open 24/7!

Price was quite expensive - $541 for 2 nights - but we did enjoy all the benefits of this motel.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of foods and drinks. Also, the dining area was kept very clean.

Fridge was broken, fold out bed had crumbs in it, TV would go black sometimes while watching, dogs barking all night, vomit on side of pool was never cleaned up even when we told staff. Pool was okay, but needs to be cleaned.
Great breakfast! Loved that we had 3 beds. Nice staff, good location.

Just location as far as I would be careful walking around. I don’t believe unsafe but in an area with a lot going on. City like. My car was safe and I didn’t have mistrust I just wouldn’t let my children run around outside or go to the car by them selves. Great location as far as accessing anything needed.
