Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United StatesThe surroundings were a little unexpected, it could feel unsafe especially during the nighttime.
Rooms were quite nice, basic but had all the amenities that we were looking for. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The front desk was also very accommodating and we were able to drop off our bags before check-in and we were able to do an early check-in. The location was also very close to the subway for ease of transport.

United KingdomAC in the room which is great but no way to adjust the temperature so it was almost cold at times. Also our room wasn't cleaned until about 5pm each day which was often (obviously) really inconvenient as we had often returned from our outing to the room having not been made up and then needing to vacate so it could be attended to. This time of day was very usual and a bit odd.
Location is great - really close to Canal Street Subway station which is on loads of main routes! Facilities in lobby were really handy for coffees and to refill our water bottles etc. Staff on front desk and during breakfast service always polite and kind. Whole hotel very clean. Efficient lifts. Felt good value for money with breakfast included.

CanadaHousekeeping came to my room at 10am, when checkout was at 11am. Small detail but it was a bit strange. The price felt high, but compared to other offerings nearby GREAT VALUE! That’s Manhattan I suppose. I don’t understand why it’s Beat Western Plus but I’m sure it’s more branding than anything

The location was great next to the subway, near in Soho Chinatown TriBeCa Little Italy. The room was small but nice and clean. In the 7th floor which I was been it was not noisy all. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful from the cleaning lady, the people in the breakfast area and of course the people in the reception especially Jotez and Nicole. I will recommend it
