Clean, pool side view.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. But you gave us a room for the disabled!

This year, the hotel where I normally stay rates was a tad higher than what I budget for, so I chose Best Western Plus this year. Because I got a rate I was comfortable with, this hotel gave us a room for the disabled! Mine you, neither me or my husband are not disabled. I called management and was told the reason I was given this room. In all the years, I've used Booking.Com, this has never happened. BWP refused to give us another room. The room was comfortable and all, but all I could do was hope and pray a wheelchair bound family wouldn't show and need a room. So, for that reason, I will not book at BWP again. Do better BWP. Please keep those rooms reserved for our disabled, disabled Vets and elderly. Also, when I first booked the room, it did not show as a handicapped accessible room.

First time at Best Western Plus on 61st street Ocean City, Maryland. We have stayed at the property owned Sea Bay before but decided to try the BW. We stay at this area since we visit Fager's Island right next door. This way we can easily walk to it and not need our car. The good: Very clean.... bathroom was super! Staff at front desk were nice...checked in at 2:30pm and our room was ready! Maid service was prompt Balcony had nice size to it Pool was decent Good value.... paid $431 for three nights (Sunday Wednesday in late August) Easily walk to several restaurants and had a Dunkin few blocks down

The bad... Really nothing bad. Unfortunately, we had a room overlooking the propane tanks or whatever they were below. Kinda of an eyesore. It did face the pool area and street looking south. Guess somebody got to get this room. Next time I'll request not to have this room.

The breakfast menu offered good selections, the service was excellent, and the food was very good. It was easy to access just being located down the hall from the hotel lobby.

Staff was helpful,friendly. Property was clean and in a great location. They have a nice outdoor pool area and a restaurant attached to the building. They also have cold drinks and snacks that can be purchased by the front desk.

We could hear someone upstairs running around. I understand kids go on vacation too as I brought mine but this was non stop even at 2:30 am. It woke us up. The staff was amazing though and asked the room above us to be a little quieter at 2 am.

I liked that the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect to get on the beach and parking was included with the stay.

The property was clean and the staff were kind to set up a pack and play for our toddler which helped us out. Also, it has a nice little cafe that made it convenient to get breakfast and dinner.

The only downfall is I was our room had a bathtub since we had a toddler with us. There was only a shower. Also, the rails on the balcony were a little wide so we didn’t feel like our toddler was safe on the balcony.

Nothing there were roaches coming from the jacuzzi area and was still charged full price.

Didn't like the customer service and talking to us as if the roaches coming out of the jacuzzi was our fault. Wasn't accommodated for the inconvenience.

Really big room, especially for a family.

For the price, breakfast should have been included. To be fair, the cafe within the building was very good.
