How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was ok. Glad to have something.
Really friendly restaurant/bar within walking distance. Comfortable room and bed. Could watch the baseball game/good cable.

The only thing was the air conditioner had a terrible motor which you would hear constantly all night.
Check in and check out were quick and easy! Friendly staff. Clean rooms! We really loved the breakfast as welll! They breakfast helper was wonderful!

Our room definitely had a strange smell. Also, there was a security light just outside of our window that was impossible to block out for sleeping!! I had to put a shirt over my eyes like a mask to sleep.
Good location…large parking area for oversized vehicles with trailers.

the shower head could have been a little better. Other then that all good!

If I had to pick anything negative I'd say the bathroom flooring was looking a little old and stained in the grout lines, nothing terrible, and the tub was still clean so that's what counts since you're not gonna be spending time sleeping on the floor or the bathroom or anything lol
I went to Ellensburg for surgery and knew I'd be feeling like garbage after so I asked the hotel staff if I could either get a wheelchair if they had one to get from the car to my room or get a first floor room so I wouldn't need to walk too far. They gave me a first floor room near an exterior door right to the parking lot, so I was able to hop out of the car and walk a very short distance inside and to my room, which was exactly what I needed. The room was tucked into a quiet area as well and the window was able to be opened which was great because my husband and I are always too hot. I was able to rest quietly all day for the days I was there and my husband could take advantage of the facilities and still be close enough to me to come if I needed anything or help me into the bathroom.

Pool a little cool for my husband. I had a little trouble using ice maker.
The pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very helpful.

We were disappointed that that there wasn’t better programming offered on tv. No Netflix or tv guide. And the hotel was very cold inside the lobby and hallways!
The staff was great. The breakfast area was very spacious. The reception staff apologized about the location of our room (right next to the elevator).

Dated and a bit tired, but clean and functional. Choose to railway with a few freight trains overnight, but not too bothersome.
Good location near highway, simple and clean. Breakfast was standard.

I drive an electric vehicle and a charging station would have been helpful as your location is a good halfway stop for charging between Idaho and Seattle.
My room was very spacious and the spa was relaxing. The breakfast was great. The women that helped me were excellent.

Our hotel room's bathroom was dirty and dated, compared to the rest of the room and property. The floor didn't feel clean nor did the floor of the bathtub/shower. I would recommend a major refresh of the hotel room bathrooms!
The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions, such as using the dining area for dinner with family who live in town. Appreciated the ability to request for earlier check in and late check out!
