After driving 8 hours the great shower and the perfect bedding was like heaven. This Best Western Plus is our favorite spot to stay on our long drives to our daughters home and back.

The computer desk was nice but the chair was not a desk chair. It was very low making working at the desk a very uncomfortable and almost impossible task. I had to take the cushion off of one of chairs and put it in the desk chair to give me some height, but it was still uncomfortable. Also, the internet connection is very spotty (I had to work on one of the days I stayed there) and it was very frustrating because the connection kept going in and out ☹️

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

We were close to the elevator, so it was a little noisy, but not too bad. My wife wanted more choices for breakfast. She didn’t want toast or bagels. I enjoyed the eggs, sausages, muffins and juice. I didn’t see any yogurt available this time. They put me on the third floor, which was unusual but not bad. I choose my hotel at this location based on price and availability. This was my second time here this summer.

I’ve stayed here before, one of three hotels I use at this exit. The location is ideal for me. I’ve probably stayed at this particular location as much as any other. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked. There’s a comfortable chair to sit in. The bathroom is fine. I enjoy the breakfast. When we arrived, it was pouring rain and the staff person gave my wife a towel to dry off while I brought in our belongings.

Enjoyed our stay overall. :) Would love more vegan options and more plastic free cutlery options (so many plastic cups/spoons/forks/knives; loved the refillable shampoo in the bathrooms that cuts down on the small bottles though).

Tammi in the breakfast area was so lovely to chat with! Such a sweet soul and set us up for a nice way to begin our day.

The price on booking.com was less than the price I was quoted over the phone reservations. The sales rep gave me some song and dance about being the last room .. so I booked on line for $20 less. Makes no sense, and he also told me all other hotels were full. Which was not true. Strong accent. Difficult to understand.

The internet WiFi wasn’t working well for me at first. I showed the receptionist. She said she’d reboot it. Then it worked well. This is about the tenth time I’ve stayed here, and I never had this problem before.

The location met my expectations. Breakfast was great. I had a different room this time but it was exactly like the others I have stayed in at this hotel.

The parking was a little cramped. If the hotel would have been booked full, the cars with trailers and the snorkel lift would have kept people from parking there.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfy and you got 4 pillows instead of the 3 you usually have.

When we arrived, we were given a standard room which was nice but too small, so we upgraded to a suite. When we entered the suite on 1st floor, feces were on the back of the commode seat. We told the lady at the front desk, and she sent the housekeeper to take care of it. We requested a suite on the 2nd floor. The room was nice, but the base of the commode all the way around was filthy with yellow stuff. We were tired of moving so we accepted the room. The housekeeper only brought towels and toilet paper and emptied trash once . She or he didn't sweep the bathroom floor or clean the sink off. I called for body wash once and towels twice and went to the desk once to pick up towels. The oatmeal was very runny on Tuesday and Wednesday but was much better on Thursday.

The front desk staff was very nice and responded immediately to requests for towels and body wash. The lady who prepared food on Wednesday and Thursday was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and satisfied. The hotel is blessed to have her and the maintenance man.
