And it's clear that the facility isn't kept up.The 5th floor has a roach problem, the shower rod in room 510 is barely hanging on.

Shower/tub was very small. Had trouble with TV but eventually got it to work. Needed a chennel guide. Also could use USB ports on lamps.

Breakfast was available 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 8:45. There were no eggs left, no pastries, no waffles and the hot water just trickled in the coffee maker like it was almost empty. 'There was no one attending the breakfast area, so no one was aware of the inadequacies. Have never stayed anywhere the breakfast wasn't refilled until the cut off time. Not a good start to our day.

Good location for everything we wanted to do while in Winston-Salem. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

Blackout curtains didn’t close, by design, so I was awake earlier than I wanted to be. ‘Work desk’ was right by the AC so it made working on laptop uncomfortable at times.

The curtains do not completely close and the street lights come through the windows all night long right in your eyes. Also the bed pillows are more like throw pillows. They are tiny.

The area was safe. The bed itself was comfortable. Overall the hotel was clean but aged. Staff was friendly.

Room 225 had no hot water, switched rooms and it had better hot water but the fridge was unstable and rocked all over. Room 225 didn't have blinds the closed or the lights but 227 did.

I loved the lobby, our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I will say about this place is the bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub which we paid 10$ extra dollars for unfortunately there wasn't a way to plug the water what so ever and the towel rack was just hanging on it fell apart after I tried to hang a towel on it. In the future I would love to see that if your going to offer a Jacuzzi type experience have everything the guest needs in their room. Travel essentials I expect to see in a room I've paid 115 for include shampoo,conditioner,shower cap, lotion ECT.....there was one bar of face soap, one little shampoo and conditioner. And I had left my lotion and other items at home we left in a hurry I don't ever want to be a bother so unless it's something we just can't manage without we dont usually go further than goong to front desk and asking if they have it. we also got a complementary breakfast but let me save you the trouble. I've ate a lot of food on the road and I'm not too picky but when I went down for breakfast there was no coffee as they had the machine open looking like it was being serviced but there was no worker in sight. The breakfast wasn't edible what so ever so we opted for the cereal and bagel and cream cheese I made us both plates but the sausage was like a rubber puck that looked like a treat I buy my dog it was quite awful. The workers were very nice all the ones I had interaction with and the rooms were very clean. So all in all it wasn't a bad stay but for 115 I've stayed in cheaper better stocked rooms just saying! Wifi worked great as well ....

None of the equipment— treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike was working/functional. Even the fluorescent overhead light was broken. The bathroom has moldy caulking around the tub and peeling paint.

Staff manager Pam was responsive to my concerns over the non working equipment in the gym. She kindly gave me a discount at checkout for not being able to use the gym during my stay.
