I did not like the issue about holding a deposit, and staff did not seem to know the software very well. She kept asking for assistance, so she made me wait longer, and she also made me feel anxious that a dog could be a problem. Even though it is an out of way place but there is a private health center nearby and a few restaurants. Otherwise, it was fine. It has outdoor lawns for dogs and some trash cans for deposits. There is no actual dog park, but it is easy to navigate through the hotel exits.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the early morning one.

Some breakfast items "ran out" while I was there. No hair dryer in my room, I had to ask at the desk for one. The room was clean, but lamp shades needed to be replaced. Limited number of outlets (only 1) at night stand for phone chargers.

Near the expressway. Very firm, comfortable beds. Lots of TV stations! Pleased with Breakfast open early on Saturday (6am). Plenty of parking . Pleasant and helpful staff.

We called the desk to complain about skunk smell coming from the heater / AC unit . We were settled in for the night, did not want to move rooms . The man from the desk came up to spray something , and he really overdid it to the point I asked him to stop . After he left , we opened the window and the door to get cross current in hope of clearing the air . My asthma was triggered , and we needed fresh air .Even the carpet got sprayed . A couple of sprays in the room would have been enough . The pool was closed .

It was totally fine except the above.

Would’ve given better rating but our bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper and I had an earring fall in .. straight down. I tried to get it and couldn’t so went to front desk and it was the guy at front desk who would’ve gotten a “1” on this review. He said, without any care whatsoever “I’m not the maintenance guy” and that was about all the help he offered. The others were very nice and helpful.

Electrical Outlets need to be upgraded. Phone Charger would not stay in outlet because it was too loose. Had to SEARCH for an outlet that would work. Bedspreads (in 2 rooms) are well worn and need to be replaced. The filling in them has come apart and it looks as if the bed hasn't been made.

Rooms/Lobby were clean. Breakfast acceptable but nothing special .
