I don’t love the $25 fee to check in 30 minutes early. If there is a room ready/available and no extra work is required, why would you charge? Also not being able to change the method of payment at check in isn’t convenient. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Check in staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean. Coffee maker in the hallway was fun. Located near lots of stores and restaurants and very near the civic center where our musical was.

Honestly, there were two tiny things, and they definitely were not deal breakers. Breakfast wasn't too tasty... but there was yogurt and coffee so I was good. The only other thing was...the sign for the certification for the elevator said available upon request at the desk. Can you just put it in the elevator? That sign, combined with the one about how the elevator only likes 3 people, was a little nerve-racking.

Everything was great, especially for the cost! Staff was Helsinki Anna very friendly. Our room was very clean. The public areas, like the pool and the hall, were also very clean. The hotel was very close to everywhere I needed to go

Excellent, good breakfast selection. I love the waffle maker and the biscuits with gravy. My wife is a yogurt and fresh fruit person , she like the selection.

It took a little bit of time for the check-in person to realize I was there. The way the windows are, it was hard to see that she was sitting near the computer in the small office to the side of the check-in counter, so I didn't call out. Maybe a bell for alerting them that someone is there for check-in would be helpful? I looked about for something, but didn't see anything. But overall, very minor. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast had several choices including bacon and small cheese omelets. There is a coffee machine for 24/7 coffee. We really enjoyed the pool since it is enclosed but has screen doors so it was open to the warm summer night, making the temperature of the pool really enjoyable.

Bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Breakfast was excellent every day(5) we stayed. , we brought our cavapoo dog and was very comfortable. Pool was great. Staff very helpful. Last night saturday the kids were running up and down hall at 10:30 at night. I called the front desk and it was handled quickly. Five minutes and no more kids running. Parents should know what the kids are doing at a hotel at all times. Not the staffs responsibility to watch your kids. Thanks Beat Western, will be back!

Almost got stuck in the elevator. It needs to be fixed immediately, and their letter on the wall states 3 people is max capacity as "she" ( the elevator) can't handle more.

The wifi was terrible. We were on the 4th floor, but still should have been able to get better wifi. It kept going in and out. It would kick me off the internet on my computer and on the tv while we were trying to watch a show. I'd like to think it was because the hotel was busy, but that is no excuse. Also, the elevator could only handle 3 people or else it might not open on your desired floor, so we took the stairs most of the time.

Noon check out was WONDERFUL! It was so great to not have to rush to get out of the hotel when we left. Having coffee available all the time was great. Breakfast was good - what you'd expect from a hotel, and it offered a lot of choices - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels and muffins, milk, juice, fruit.
