The grounds were excellent very nicely laid out. The room had a private little patio that you could walk out on and to the pool. The pool was amazing!! Parking was convenient right outside room door.

We stayed here a decade ago and it was a very nice place still. Now, the facilities are showing their age but the rooms are still clean and grounds still nicely taken care of. Try to reserve early or else the booking algorithms will have you paying hundreds more than necessary.

Great location near Mill Valley, 2 nice malls and SF. Designed around a large heated pool with nice grounds. Decent breakfast included in a dedicated dining hall. Excellent staff.

I found the women serving at the front desk to be far more accommodating than some of the men I made requests of. I asked one for directions to a Mill Valley restaurant. This was especially difficult in the evening. He gave me a map with infinitesimal print. I got lost, of course. Another day, a woman printed out a mapquest like set of instructions. It made all the difference. Breakfast is listed at being served until 9:30. If in before 9:30 I would expect items to be available. French toast and sausages were sometimes gone, gone, gone, not to be replaced. Also, if I'm correct the booking.com website mentioned toiletries in each room. My room had a small bar of soap and a packet of makeup remover. For what I paid, over $500. for 2 nights, I would have expected better food service, fuller support from all at the desk, not just the women, and a few room amenities (lotion, a small toothpaste...)

the room was comfortable and there was a true bonus--a private outdoor seating area accessible through a private door. I needed items to connect certain electronics and staff was accommodating.

It was quiet, which is what I like. It looks like a resort. They had a few activities to keep you entertained . I love the big pool, jacuzzi and the breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast is simple. Same choice everyday so if you need a huge buffet you won’t get it. But I did wish they were open a little later to 11 instead of 9:30/10.

Safe , clean, helpful staff, centrally located to Corte Madera shopping and city. Walkable community. Easy access to expressways. I was there for 2.5 weeks and would stay again!

The hotel was very family friendly with a huge pool with a baskeball net. Also there was a ping pong table, minigolf and a baskeball net just outside the room.

Location was excellent for our purposes. A sweet outdoor friendly mall just across the street and short drive to the hospital where the whole family was part of a baby delivery- a new brother. Thank you to the friendly staff.

There was not one thing I didn't like

Everything! The room was spacious, very clean very well maintained, and the decor was nice. with nice decor everything looked very well maintained, two sinks, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Towels and bed linens were clean and fresh smelling, the breakfast was amazing. The grounds were very well kept and there is a walking trail for the pups. Would highly recommend

While the room was largely excellent, a minor inconvenience was the carpeting directly beneath and next to the sink, which made drying water splashes difficult. Additionally, housekeeping was notably slow on Saturday. We understood this might be due to a high volume of check-outs, but unfortunately, by the time staff arrived to service our room, we needed to prepare for a wedding reception. They were unable to wait, resulting in our room not being made up that day.

Very welcoming receptionists. Easy check in and check out. The room was large, clean, homy, with wall-to-wall carpeting, comfortable clean mattress, pillows, bedsheets, working room temperature control, nice working small fridge, tea/coffee set, clean wardrobe, working hot/cold shower, fast WiFi, nice TV set, a sofa, and a reading chair! Breakfast was decent and more than sufficient, lots of parking space, within walking distance to an upscale shopping mall. It was a nice place to stay.

There was a power outage at the BW Corte Madera location and we had to be moved to the Best Western Plus at Novato. Not a fault of the wonderful staff at Corte Madera.

The place is showing its age, and is in need of freshening up. The rooms still clean, but overall it’s looking a little tired. It’s also a large property with rooms spread out across a number of buildings like a campus. I would still stay there again, but don’t expect Hyatt or Hilton style polish.

Great location off the freeway, easy access from SF airport (SFO). Rooms are quite large, the bed was very comfortable, there is also a kitchenette in the room. Complimentary breakfast was also more than reasonable, as well as the large swimming pool. Keep in mind this hotel is across the bay from the city of San Francisco, possibly 40 mins away by car. This in near the Sausalito side of the bridge.
