When i first entered the room, so dirty, floor not hoovered, bath dirty but thanfully the housekeeping manager the next day made sure to redo the room and it was much better. Shout out to the manager

Shower needs remodel. Bad water pressure and shower head didn’t spray well. The breakfast was not good. Not much to choose from and what was offered, not good. Very slow elevator.

Front desk staff were friendly, check in quick and painless. Breakfast was great, better than average biscuits and gravy. We loved the size of the room, the beds were comfy. The happy hour with free drinks and snacks was a nice surprise!

The pool and fitness center was closed for maintenance. One of the entry doors didn't close properly, most times I found it unlocked. I forgot to tell the staff.

The room was so nice, comfy beds, clean and very spacious! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made sure the parking lot was plowed and sanded. Oh, and breakfast was great, waffles, eggs, sausage...

There were several mold spots on the shower curtain. There was no shower cap, so I just used a towel. Out of the six lights above the mirror there were 3 different light bulbs. The 1 LED light bulb worked the best to see well. Installing a Wall Mounted Swivel Extendable Makeup Mirror would be very helpful. The lighting would still be a bit of an issue but much better than what it is currently.

The hotel was clean and appealing. The breakfast was good as were the offerings. The amenities were helpful. We really liked the 2 sinks, and I appreciated the make-up wash cloth. It was a great value for the money.

Everything was closed, pool, hot tub, gym, and there was a hide a bed that you couldn't even use. 1 remote for 2 tvs that were in different rooms.

I have been staying at this property for a few years for business. This trip there was a paradigm shift. The staff was engaging and understood hospitality. Nick at the front desk was friendly and efficient. He knew his stuff. Nick the happy hour bartender was equally friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work BW Liberty Lake! See ya soon

Elevator is a bit slow. If you don’t have heavy bags, take the stairs.

Room was spacious and clean. Having two sinks was great for a family of four. Breakfast was nice. Kids liked the waffle maker.

Some of the maintenance (paint edges, caulking lines) were a bit haphazard, and the smell was a little old. Small potatoes at $134 for a double Queen room that was clean and spacious.

Across the street from Tesla (no assurance we’d have a loaner) and very affordable.
