The complimentary breakfast, the people, even though it was a budget hotel it was fairly fair for the price and clean enough, I would book again for a budget hotel!

Sofa bed was awful, found food and drink trash inside of it. Better off sleeping on floor than the sofa bed.

Pull out couch bed had dirty linens and the hallway smelled of marijuana. Was told we could only have one blanket because they had run out but later in the evening saw another guest get blankets.

I expected it to be like other best westerns and it didn't meet expectations.

In all honesty the atmosphere is kinda slummy. The location appears to be in a bad part of town we exspierienced alot of sketchy activity the 3 days we stayed there. The management was nice but the housekeeping was slacking. The hottub wasn't working and people from the outside were just coming in to swim. It didn't have a best western feel unfortunately. Also the breakfast staff kept hovering and accusing us of stealing food. Overall I'd give it a 6 out of 10 and that's because the staff were friendly and you could see they were doing the best they could with what they had, they were very hospitable.

The pull out mattress was all torn and you could feel the metal springs. Had to buy an air mattress.

The building could have used some updates. The refrigerator freezer needed defrosting. The bathroom was clean but had chipped shower and needed painting. The lamp shades were stained and the hallway carpet was smelling damp. The pool area could use some upgrades. The hotel did not have the noise from the traffic (great) but there were some strange people wandering around the parking lot. I feel that there was a need to monitor the parking lot after dark.

The front desk employee was great. She was very friendly and handled everything with a smile. Nice to see.

Cigarette smoke odor in room Lobby and lounge needs remodeling in disrepair Lightbulbs burned out in bathroom a lot of broken pieces and plumbing and tub bathroom door doesn’t even shut and lock, window curtains, ripped, elevator, sounds like a jackhammer, vagrants perusing the parking lot, entire abandoned hotel, directly across the street. All the original windows are in the building and are foggy, rusty, and cloudy. Pool and spa or decent, but all original and need updating. They should definitely hire a full-time maintenance man to do simple minor repairs. Entire front desk staff is all Indian students, some friendly, some not.

The condition of the place wasn't quite what the pictures made it out to be. The building looks worn out, but it's just a place to sleep. If you're on vacation you spend most of your time away from the hotel. Thus was not a game changer as I would gladly stay here again.

It was mostly clean but not the cleanest. There were rings in the toilet. There was a strong smell of Marijuana in the hallway. It was evident that it was more of a extended stay place and looked like people lived there. The area was not the best and had a lot of homeless hanging out close by.there was also a beeping from the fire alarm/smoke detector in our room that beeped all night.

It was roomy and had a good breakfast included in the stay. Most of the staff were helpful and kind.

Having the room serviced. I filled out the card and both the evening desk person and morning desk person put notes to have the room serviced for fresh towels and making the bed and housekeeping didn’t do it. The last day we were there it was done and the sweet gal at the front desk even checked.

Location to the area I was working and it was reasonable. Offers breakfast. Front desk people are always nice.
