Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy only complaint was that there was some damage to the doorframe of one room, it took some effort to close and open the door. It was not too hard for me, but my elderly mother struggled with it so we switched rooms. Thankfully her door worked just fine.
Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were soft and good AC. Shower worked well, plenty of clean towels. We had accidentally booked a single queen but needed a double, the front desk attendant was able to make the changes without a problem. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, especially the touch screen coffee machine! Best hotel coffee I've ever had.

United StatesThis was the first place I've ever stayed at where patrons were requested to not back into parking spots to prevent carbon monoxide from entering rooms. WiFi so slow at far south end of building where my room was that it was basically unusable for me; glad I had my hot spot with me and there was sufficient cell service to use it!
Very convenient location on the main street through town. Easy and plentiful parking; even saw some folks with pretty big travel trailers able to park there. Staff was nice. Room large and comfortable. Bed comfortable. All appliances seemed to be in working order. Decent breakfast included in price.

United StatesI did not like the higher price of $135 per night for a sparsely decorated room without some of the amenities in a motel setting. I brought my own tea and snacks as I had to leave at 6am before breakfast was served. Also housekeeping left my bed unmade and only cleaned the bathroom. The outside of the motel was also a bit dirty and there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke when I ventured outside as my room is located right by the stairwell and the snack machine downstairs. It wasn't the best experience.
I liked the proximity to the location I had to drive to in Goshen. I liked that I received a discount for having Best Western rewards #. I liked my comfortable bed.
